I am currently relaunching our coaching essentials certification program with my business partners. As part of the launch, we also did a Q&A. This used to be super effective the last time around. When we launched in November, we sold 150 spots within less than 48 hours. Now the reach in Facebook groups has gone down so much that we didn't even get a single question for the Q&A 🤯 This time, after 48 hours, we are at 14 sales 🫠 Out of my 6.2k group of paying (!!!) members, I only reached 32 😭 YES... not at typo 32. That's 0.005%. When we last sold the certification, it was $297. This time it's $397. So it's $44.550 in November vs. $5.558 So, we are currently $38.992 behind. Ask me again if I think that $99/month for a community where I can actually reach my paying members is worth it. If I wouldn't have my email list, I'd be totally screwed at this point. I will turn this around, but I know where I am launching and building moving forward.

I've had three requests to join my group from this name in the last week. All with different emails of course and only heart emojis in the bio. Obviously spam, but is there a place to report spam accounts?

As we get more students it would be really helpful if we can have a notification that a course has been completed so we can open the next course for the student. At the moment we have to view person by person to see progress and this will get very time-consuming for us and lead to delays for students continuing in their progress as an Admin has to check through the members list for progress each day etc.. Any dates on when something like this could be in place? please and thank you 😁

For some reason, on the browser version on my computer, I'm not able to add an attachment to my post. Is anyone else having this trouble?
