I'm always telling my clients, that in their communications, before talking about any features of their products or services, they should talk about the bigger picture and what life will be like for them after they have worked with you. So when I came across this quote, it really stood out to me - and it's more that 100 years old! I just goes to show classic wisdom is always relevant as, while the world evolves, people are still people. "If you want to build a ship, don't drum up people to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea." - Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

    Well-being and business are both important and the second can’t exist without the first, at least not sustainably. Nellie and @Melitta Campbell Melitta are so right about it being something that is easier said than done though! Mental and physical declutter & then anchor - super important first steps! Thank you!

    What a life story, Kate! A serial entrepreneur with the family also in focus - love it! When being blessed with a child, I also had such a strong desire to still financially contribute to the family. Like many of us, parents with small babies, we do! So important to acknowledge this! Comparing ourselves to others can trigger imposter syndrome. “Someone has an opinion about me. So what?” Melitta, I also loved that bit from the Working Moms series 😂!

    Lots of great insights from @Becci McEvoy in today's session! I loved her invitation for us to define what success really looks like for us, not what others consider success. When she talked about the minimal requirements, I was nodding 'yeah, yeah, yeah' to consistent name, profile pictures and was caught thinking about how well my brand presence consistency is actually coming across and whether it is actually clear that I am open for business - certainly something to improve on! I have felt the pressure of social media, daily and loved hearing her recommendation to spend 80% on the platform of our and our clients' choice, be clear where and how to find us and the 15 min a day tip after batching social media posts is also a super cool and doable idea! Thank you!!!

    @Melitta Campbell It is almost like @Becci McEvoy gave me permission not to write every day - I have been feeling the pressure of it. It is much more fun to batch three a week and when I get inspired, I can add more!

    Just the topic I have been pondering about! I have been doing weekly newsletters for a few months, and this week it was harder than ever before to come up with a message with value, I admit. I loved your four prompters and already jotted them down for my next newsletter batching! How true about keeping newsletters short! I like to read those, yet at times I write too long 🤪 My question is about the email subject tips - I signed up for your newsletter and hope you can guide me to some practical tips! I do that certainly adhoc!

    I have watched Niching with @Melitta Campbell ! Easier said than done but I found the session insightful, through provoking, and practical, specially with the five guiding questions. At the end the holiday making websites were striking and relatable examples! Thank you!
