Incorrect timezones from Facebook Lead Ads
I noticed incorrect timezones being assigned to contacts coming from Facebook Lead Ads. It looks like GHL is not pulling the correct timezone from Facebook. Instead, contacts are being assigned a wrong/default timezone (likely the account’s default).I’m not sure if this issue also happens with GHL forms on landing pages or calendar submissions, but the problem from FB Lead Ads is consistent. I checked a few things: - The timezone field does not appear in exported CSV files, so it cannot be bulk-updated. - One possible workaround would be pushing State/ZIP from Facebook and updating timezone via Make or a custom automation — but that requires collecting extra fields, which isn’t ideal + additional automations (probably for every lead for with Make but not sure yet, maybe workflow in GHL would be easier) This becomes a major issue when using outbound calling, since calling people at the wrong time can cause problems.Even automated SMS follow-ups can become inconvenient or non-compliant if they fire during the wrong hours. Has anyone found a reliable way to ensure the contact timezone is captured correctly from Facebook Lead Ads or updated automatically afterward?Any proven workarounds, automations, or hidden settings that solve this?

@Kendra Esther thx, I have done it today in a simple way, just based on a country. In the future I will do it based on a state maybe.

Twilio number integration with GHL
I need to buy a Twilio number because I’ll be using an external Voice AI provider (Retell/Vapi) — mainly for outbound calls outside the US. Here’s the issue: How do I connect a Twilio number to GHL so that: incoming SMS messages sent to that Twilio number appear inside Conversations, I can reply to them normally from GHL? Older instructions and tutorials don’t work anymore (the “API Keys” tab is gone, and the option to add your own Twilio inside Phone Settings has been removed). I only see “Twilio Account Read” under Custom Integrations, but it doesn’t allow adding or managing numbers. Has anyone figured out the current working method to: connect/import a Twilio number into GHL, receive + reply to SMS, and still use that number with an external Voice AI workflow? Any updated guidance would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for answers. I see that there is some additional app for twilio in GHL some maybe it will be enough, I will try it first. I will come back soon to this topic once I will plan full solution that we need.

Targeting US and UK businesses, managing it in GHL
Hi everyone,I’m building an AI-driven marketing & automation agency using GHL. I’m based in Europe and my main market is home services in the US — I already see early traction. I’m considering expanding the same offer to the UK and I’d love your experience on: 1. How do you manage working with both US and UK, especially with the time zone gap (US day starts around 2PM my time)? 2. If you keep both countries under one sub-account, does it stay organized long-term? Or is it smarter to separate sub-accounts even if the offer and domain are the same? I see some challenge especially when it comes to phone numbers (probably different for US and UK, so would need to prepare some modifications or versions of workflows etc.) Thanks for any insights!

@Michael Johnson Thank you for your answer. It seems that it will be better to separate them especially if I would decide to register separate company for UK in the future.

@Michael Johnson I was going to create another subaccount for UK market as I see the benefits, but I noticed one potential complication: separate subaccounts would likely require separate Facebook and Instagram pages. Otherwise, contacts from our ads could be downloaded to both subaccounts, and any messages sent via FB/IG could also end up in both places. This would complicate things significantly. For now, it seems simpler for me to create filters by country in the workflows — so that each workflow uses the correct number, message, and timing for the right country. I expect I may need to experiment a bit to see if this approach works reliably at scale.
US number send SMS to UK
Quick technical question for anyone running campaigns in multiple countries: If I buy a US number inside GHL,can I reliably send SMS or make calls to UK contacts, or is a separate UK number required? If two numbers are needed, how do you structure automations so they don’t become a mess (filters, conditionals, default numbers, etc.)? Thanks for sharing your experience!

A2P registration
Hey everyone,I need a quick clarification regarding A2P Campaign setup in GoHighLevel. My Brand has already been approved, and the A2P registration fee (~$24) has been charged to my account (just after submitting the form – yesterday). However, under Settings -> Phone System ->Trust Center-> A2P Wizard, my Campaign still shows: - Campaign: Yet to Start - No campaigns appear in the campaign list (SMS) - When I click “Create Campaign,” it takes me back to the initial use-case/message form as if nothing was submitted (I remember yesterday I submitted it for sure). So now I'm unsure whether: 1. My campaign was actually submitted, but the UI simply hasn’t updated yet, or 2. Something went wrong and GHL charged the fee without creating the campaign, or 3. I need to re-submit the campaign (but obviously I don’t want to trigger another $24 charge) Has anyone seen this before? Should I wait longer, contact support, or resubmit the campaign manually? Any guidance would be appreciated — I just want to avoid duplicate registration fees. But also I don’t know if waiting is the right choice as well. Thanks!
