Vegetables
Firstly, let's define what a vegetable is. A vegetable constitutes the stems and leaves, for example celery and broccoli (stems) and kale, spinach, lettuce (leaves) A fruit contains seeds, and is the structure that develops from the ovaries of a flowering plant: for example, apples, peaches, grapes, mangoes etc. One common misconception is that fruits are only sweet. There are actually plenty of savory fruits, for example eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, avocados, olives, squash, and bell peppers. Tubers are roots. They’re so dense in nutrients that they literally sprout and sustain their own plants if left unharvested. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, turnips, and beets all fall under this category. ---------- Kale was originally grown with the intention of feeding sheep since it is so inexpensive to grow. Farmers were feeding kale to their sheep as an alternate food source, yet they started to realize that lambs were being born with goiter, or basically a swollen and poorly functioning thyroid gland. Researchers experimented with kale on sheep and rabbits with disturbing results. Turns out kale does contain a goitrogen, thiocyanate, which is chemically very similar to deadly cyanide. Some young lambs were stillborn, their brain development stunted by their goiters. The consumption of kale had blocked their thyroid’s ability to function properly even in the presence of proper iodine consumption. Cows grazing on kale transferred its poisons to their milk, affecting the thyroid development of children who drank it and causing an epidemic of goiter in Tasmania. ---------- Vegetables have evolved highly sophisticated natural pesticides and toxin mechanisms specifically to discourage insects and animals from eating them. The chief function of leaves on a plant is to facilitate photosynthesis by absorbing light energy from the sun and carbon dioxide into the stomata from the surrounding atmosphere, which allow the plant to grow and trigger cellular respiration, and it therefore makes perfect sense that a process so vital to the survival of the plant should be protected.

Right Bible For Each Language
I've gathered the 4 Bibles which are God's word in 4 different languages, if you want to add a Bible for another just comment under this. If I got any of these wrong just tell me please 😅. I think this post would be beneficial as not everyone here is from an English speaking country (including me) so here goes: English - King James Version 1611 Spanish - Reina Valera Purificado 1602 German - Luther Heute (I don't know if this is correct, nearest to KJV though) Hungarian - Szent Biblia 1590

Progesterone
A long time ago, people discovered a hormone called progesterone that comes from the ovaries. They used to think it was mainly important for making babies and helping them grow safely inside their mothers. But actually, progesterone is like a superhero hormone that protects our body in many ways. Our brain has a lot of progesterone because it helps keep it safe. The thymus gland, which is super important for our immune system, also relies on progesterone. When our body doesn't have enough progesterone, it makes too much of another hormone called cortisone, which can be bad for us. It can cause problems like osteoporosis, skin ageing, brain cell damage, and fat buildup in certain places. Progesterone is like a shield against stress and it helps us feel less anxious, improves our memory, and even prevents seizures. It helps our heart and blood vessels work better, keeps our veins healthy, and makes our skin look younger. It's like a helper for our bones and joints, and it can even help with some immune system issues. For women, if they have ovaries, progesterone helps those ovaries work well and also keeps other glands like the thyroid healthy. If the ovaries are removed, they need to take progesterone to make up for what's missing. Plus, having enough progesterone can lower the risk of certain types of cancer. So, it's not just for pregnancy. It's like an all-around protector for our bodies. Some people think it's only for women, but even men have a bit of it in their bodies, and it can be helpful for them too. You can take progesterone with vitamin E, and it gets into your body pretty fast, especially if you put it in your mouth or on your gums. But if you swallow it with food, it takes a bit more time to work.

Welcome mate!
Funny story
I looked at an insurance I've got. Covers alot of things. Turns out though it doesnt cover health related issues that can be traced back to PFAS and PFOS substances due to the recent studies they've done on them. 🤔
