The rise of voices like Matt Walker, Andrew Huberman, Peter Attia, etc. has taken the research mainstream. Now everyone knows: Temperature isn’t a luxury — it’s a core part of sleep quality. Companies know that, too. Eight Sleep literally markets that Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg use their products, as if owning the same bed as a tech billionaire will magically fix your REM cycles. So the real question is… Do cooling mattresses actually work or are we getting seduced by fancy tech and solid marketing?
