Guided meditation
I'm probably the worst sleeper in this group (not a competition I want to win by the way) but something that had been game changing for me for years is guided meditation before bed. It's an effective part of my before bed routine and if I don't do it, I'm 50% more likely to have an anxious night. My preference is the Calm app, I'd give it a shot <3
