Can I Get Your Thoughts on This? 🙏
Hey everyone! 👋 I’m working on this post to share more widely about Raising Change Globally, and I’d really love your feedback before it goes out into the wild. Does it feel clear? Warm? Would you stop and read it? Anything you’d tweak? Thank you so much!

Your Weirdest Skool Habit… Go
Everybody has one weird Skool habit they never admit out loud… The thing you always check first… The tab you rearrange too often… The notification you pretend you don’t care about 👀 The one feature you click even when nothing changed… I’ve noticed mine lately… So… what’s yours? No judgment… just curiosity.

Are You a Shift Worker—or Know Someone Who Is?
Shift work isn’t just a schedule—it’s a lifestyle that can take a toll on your sleep, energy, and health if you don’t know how to manage it. Most of us were never taught the practical strategies to survive and thrive on nights, early mornings, or rotating rosters. That’s where our community comes in. We share real-life tips, tricks, and strategies to help shift workers: - Sleep better, even during the day - Maintain consistent energy on long or irregular shifts - Support metabolic health and avoid burnout - Navigate meals, recovery, and stress in a way that actually works Whether you work nights, early mornings, or rotating schedules—or know someone who does—this is a place to learn what your employer should have taught you on day one... but for some reason, accidentally 'forgot!' 🙄😬 This is our community here 😊 .

@Audra Starkey legal reprographics , so around lots of chemicals from printers

@Audra Starkey basically printing documents and materials , it was very tough on his system. I think it contributed to the lymphoma. I had a cousin whose husband also worked in a printing shop and he got non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma as well. I’m sure there’s other factors but it certainly can’t help to be working with and breathing in all those chemicals daily. Then compound that with graveyard shift.
