If your pan is smoking, your mitochondria probably are too. And unlike you, they can’t take a personal day.
THE CLINICAL TRUTH
Your body isn’t dramatic. It’s just biochemical.
When unstable oils hit heat, three things happen:
Translation: the fats break apart and turn into tiny metabolic gremlins your liver has to chase with a broom.
These compounds irritate your cells the way a toddler irritates a closed bathroom door.
Your cell membranes get floppy and confused, like WiFi with one bar.
And because every community uses the same physiology, the chaos shows up differently:
- Parents: “Why does my kid turn into a gremlin after nuggets?”
- Engineers: “Why does my brain lag like a 2008 laptop?”
- Creators: “Why do I get existential dread between takes?”
- Grad students: “Why does my focus evaporate mid‑paragraph?”
- Founders: “Why does my stress tolerance swing like a crypto chart?”
- Baristas: “Why am I wired, tired, and emotionally spicy?”
Different lives. Same biochemistry. Same oils causing the same metabolic soap opera.
That's just a small piece of the information.
Someone asked me....
Why join your community when I can look this stuff up myself?
Totally fair question.
And here’s the honest answer:
1. Google gives you information. I give you interpretation.
You can Google “aldehydes” and get a chemistry textbook.
You join my community and get:
- what aldehydes do to your mood
- why your 2 PM crash isn’t a personality flaw
- how to fix it without turning your life upside down
Information is free. Understanding is rare.
2. The internet gives you contradictions. I give you clarity.
Try Googling “best oil to cook with.”
You’ll get:
- 12 conflicting blog posts
- 80 different articles
- 4 influencers yelling
- 1 guy on Reddit recommending motor oil
Inside my community, you get physiology explained cleanly, clinically, and with humor, not chaos.
3. Google won't know your life. I will.
Parents, founders, engineers, creators, baristas, grad students, you all have different stressors, schedules, and metabolisms. My community translates the science into something that fits your reality, not a generic article.
4. You can’t Google support.
You can’t Google:
- accountability
- shared wins
- “OMG, I tried the oil swap and my brain turned back on”
- people who get it
- a place where physiology is explained without shame
Community is the intervention.
5. Google doesn’t make you laugh while you learn.
You can read a PubMed study, OR you can join a community where we talk about aldehydes like they’re toxic coworkers and mitochondria like they’re filing HR complaints.
Humor makes the science stick.
6. And the real reason?
Because knowing the information is cute.
Living the transformation requires community.
You don’t join for the facts.
You join for the experience, the experiments, the rituals, the reframes, the support, the clarity, the “ohhhh that’s why I feel like that” moments.
Google can’t give you that.
But my community can.
If you want the differences in the oils, and the rest of what happens when you use toxic oils, click the link.
If you’ve eaten fries from a fryer older than your first iPhone, you need my community immediately
If your cooking oil has more red flags than your ex, you might want to join my community before dinner.
SO WHY JOIN MY COMMUNITY?
Because knowing the difference in oils is cute.
Living the difference is transformation.
I'm not selling you a membership. I'm selling you a transformation.
