Anyone have trouble with screen time? I don’t doom scroll but have trouble transitioning to books before bed. At least the material I consume either way is sattivic 💕
I think social media has become less intriguing for me lately.. it’s been easier to put it down. I try to make a rule that I don’t scroll in the bedroom.. if I want to I have to be in another room in the house! That usually helps!
I have actually had a hard time getting to bed earlier BUT I have been doing everything that I can to make sure I sleep more deeply. I’m also keeping a journal next to my bed now where I’m simply writing my bedtime and waking time each day. How is this weeks habit going for you?
