I am following through with whatever I start. This means not starting what I cannot do, or get help with.
THE HARDEST PART OF NEW YEAR’S GOALS… ISN’T THE GOAL.
IT’S WHO YOU HAVE TO BECOME TO HOLD IT. In this post I want to break down how to change the patterns so you can change your life.. The work works... but only if you do. Most people don’t fail because their dream is too big. They fail because their nervous system is still wired for the old version of them…the one who hesitates, doubts, and carries last year’s patterns into a brand-new season. Here’s the wild thing: Neuroscience shows your brain literally rewires around repetition, emotion, and environment. So when you say, “This year will be different,” but your patterns stay the same…your brain pulls you right back into the familiar. So if you want 2025 to actually change you? Here are 5 simple, powerful shifts to start today: 1. CHOOSE AN IDENTITY, NOT A GOAL. Instead of “I want to get fit” ... claim: “I am the kind of person who honors my body.” Identity creates behavior. Not the other way around. 2. MAKE YOUR ENVIRONMENT MATCH YOUR INTENTIONS. Your brain loves defaults.Clean your space. Organize your phone. Remove temptations.Make the right choice the easy choice. 3. SET ONE NON-NEGOTIABLE. JUST ONE. Not ten. One action you commit to daily ... no matter how you feel .Consistency beats motivation every time. Train your brain to remember that when you say you're going to do something, you do it.. no matter what. 4. MASTER YOUR INTERNAL STATE. Regulate your nervous system. Breathwork. Stillness. Visualization. If you can control your state, you can control your life. 5. REMOVE THE “SOMEDAY ENERGY.” “Someday” is the enemy.“This week” changes lives. Ask yourself: “What is one action I’m taking in the next 72 hours to prove I’m serious?” You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your patterns. And this year is asking you to step into the version of you who refuses to repeat the past. Your turn: What’s one identity shift you’re claiming for 2025? Drop yours below .. I want to witness you step into it. 🙏🔥

Someday is never going to come. Its today, now. I am changing how I go to sleep. My mindset before I sleep affects how I wake up the next day!
Happy Thanksgiving Fam!!
Grateful for each of you and for this community. Happy Thanksgiving.. take time over the next few days to slow down... feel your breath.. feel your body.. to just be When you have the urge to get quick dopamine (phone, tv etc) try and breathe through it and add in another alternative (like going on a walk, reading, meditating, breathwork). Let thanksgiving be the reminder we can always bring gratitude into every day of our lives to change the story. All love! Justin

Being ok with just doing nothing that HAS to be done. Its ok to put it off and get rest if I need it. Nothing will collapse without my involvement. Lmao
When We Let Go.. It ALL Gets Done
The moment you stop chasing love, peace, or validation.. it starts to find you. The reason being is because now you’re a match for it. You’ve become what you were looking for. This is the law of the universe. I used to chase everything I thought would make me feel whole.. the relationship, the money, the next achievement, the approval, the “finally I’m enough” moment. Here's what i've found through this experience.. chasing keeps you in a loop of never having. You’re always reaching, never arriving. Everything shifted the day I stopped trying to get love and started practicing being love. Stopped trying to find peace and started living like someone who already had it.It’s not about giving up.. it’s about tuning in and returning to your most natural state. Here’s a simple practice that helped me anchor this: ➡️ When you notice yourself reaching outward... pause, close your eyes, take a breath, and ask: “What is it I’m hoping to feel from this thing or person?” Then, give yourself a small moment to create that feeling inside your body. Maybe it’s putting a hand on your heart. Maybe it’s breathing slower. Maybe it’s remembering a time you felt safe or loved. The more you do that, the more your outer world starts to reflect your inner one. What’s one thing you’ve been chasing that you’re ready to start embodying instead? Let’s walk this together drop it below.

I used to chase, now I state what I need. I used to do do do and try to make it happen. Never worked, or not for long. Now I put it out to the universe, do the next right thing, and believe its happening. Voila! So it is!

@Justin Peters the changes in how I perceive myself have changed how people perceive me. This is like a pebble thrown in a pond. This becomes a growth internally and externally. It happens naturally if you let it.
