It’s almost 30 day leaderboard prize time again!
And here is why. Building a business is not easy. Doing it alone makes it even harder. Gamification makes progress feel lighter. Fun increases motivation. And when you are building alongside other people, momentum comes naturally. That is why this community exists. Inside Skool, you earn points when other members like your posts and comments. The more you engage, share progress, ask good questions, and add value, the more points you earn from other members! Engagement is not about noise. It is about showing up. At the end of each month, the top member on the 30-day leaderboard chooses one of the following rewards: • A 30-minute one-on-one coaching call • An Illuminate linen hardbound premium mental health journal shipped to your home • A pinned Win Post celebrating your progress inside the community We build better when it feels human, and we belong. We stay consistent when it feels fun. Engage in the community today! The more you put in, the more you will take out!

The replay of our 12 Week Year Kick Off is here 🤍
The replay of our 12 Week Year Kick Off is here 🤍 Let’s get this party started. 🚀 If you missed it live, watch it at your earliest convenience, but know you will need time afterward to do your vision work, set your goals and tactics, and get your tracking system ready for a start on Monday, Feb 23. Because the next 12 weeks are your playground with a group of like-minded entrepreneurs doing the thing. This is how we are showing up. The Twelve-Week Year System. 1. Vision You will create two visions. -Long-term vision Where are you going in 5, 10, or 15 years? -Near-term vision Where do you want to be in the next 36 months? Your vision should stretch you. It should feel exciting. Maybe even a little uncomfortable. Bigger than your current reality. That is the point. 2. 12 Week Goals From your vision, choose 1 to 3 meaningful goals for this 12-week cycle. Then break them into • Weekly action-oriented tactics • Clear weekly outcomes Your goals need to be measurable and realistic. Your weekly tactics need to be actions you can actually complete each week. Not vague hopes. Clear moves. 3. Keep Score We track execution weekly. Because what gets measured gets improved. And execution is what we actually control. Standard members -Use the free trackers from the author's website. Premium members -Use the custom Google Sheets tracker inside the community classroom. Execution rate matters more than intention. But we need both. If you want the full system, the tracker, live feedback, and masterminds, check your status or upgrade to Premium here. 4. Weekly Accountability Every Monday is WAM day. WAM means Weekly Accountability Meeting. Standard members - Post your 90-second WAM on the Wall of WAMs Padlet. Premium -Join live for WAM feedback on Mondays or post on the Padlet

Just caught up to this, super excited and great explanation on how to plan. I'm refining my vision now!
Our 12 Week Year is starting soon
I’m really excited to finally say this out loud. We are starting our 12 Week Year together very soon. I'm adding dates to the calendar now! We’ll officially kick things off on Tuesday, February 17, at 12 PM EST, and between now and then, I’ll be sharing something connected to the 12 Week Year with you almost every day inside this space. Think of these next couple of weeks as a gentle runway. I’ll be dropping tools and ideas to help you slow down, get clear, and shape the next twelve weeks with intention. Nothing overwhelming. Just small pieces that add up. You don’t need to do anything right now. Just stay curious and notice what shows up in your days. So… what is the 12 Week Year? At its core, the 12 Week Year is a way of working that helps you make more progress in 12 weeks than most people do in 12 months. The biggest shift is this: Instead of spreading goals across a long, fuzzy year, we work in a shorter, focused season. That one change alters how you think, plan, and follow through. When the window is smaller, clarity increases. Urgency shows up, but without panic. And momentum becomes easier to build. Here are a few ideas from the book that I’ll come back to again and again: -We focus on execution, not just planning. -We use twelve weeks to create urgency, not stress. -Each week matters because it is a meaningful part of the whole. We choose fewer goals and commit to them fully. And we use systems so we don’t go rogue or burn out halfway through. Most people already work hard. This system helps you work more calmly and intentionally. We’ll be working from the book The 12 Week Year. You’re welcome to grab a copy if that feels supportive, but it’s not required. I’ll also share summaries, videos, and examples so you can fully participate, whether or not you can attend. The shared language we’ll use together You’ll hear these terms a lot inside this space, so I want to name them early. Vision Where you’re going and why it matters to you. This is the why behind the work.

I'll be trying to jump in but I will definitely following along!
The Time Suck
I often find myself sitting at the computer clicking through tabs, thinking I could do this, or I could do that, and just overanalyzing things and not taking a decision on something to do. I feel like I waste a lot of time doing this. Does this happen to anyone else? How do I break out of it? I could literally be thinking... well I could upload a video to youtube, or I could start planning future posts, or I could start planning out what my next offer could be, and the thought loop continues with me not actually doing anything but just burning time. Open to suggestions.

I actually have a CEO chat on an LLM - Every morning I check in with it and upload my analytics, my personal priorities, and ask it to act like the ceo of my company and provide me an eisenhower matrix, a to-do list for the day, and I report back to keep a log. It helps me stay focused.
