@Sybil Hall It's been great having you as an accountability buddy.
How I structure my day (without burning out)
If you’ve felt like you’re doing everything in your business… but it’s not sustainable… this conversation will give you a different way to think about it. I had the chance to sit down on @Gale Bates podcast, and it was such a meaningful conversation to be part of. Thank you for the opportunity, Gale! I shared what’s actually working for me right now: • One intentional hour that anchors my entire day • How I use the 12 Week Year to stay focused and follow through • The structure I rely on so I don’t burn out while building • What my six income streams actually look like behind the scenes • A simple way I create and sell journals on Amazon • How I’m using AI to build “co-workers” inside my business This is less about doing more… and more about doing what matters in a way you can keep going with. If that’s what you’re trying to build… start here. 🎥 Watch the full conversation ⬇️ And then let us know what resonates!

I really admire how you have a system that helps you without overwhelming you. There is so much to learn from what you do. I feel like you do have a lot of flexibility in your life to jump into tackling the things that are most important to you or the things that can move the needle more for you. I feel like in my day I have to just react to situations. I have to get to things when I can get to them, and a lot of that is because of having a young child and not too much external support. Life really becomes unpredictable.
Be honest… do you rush your mornings?
I used to time my mornings to the minute. Wake up. Shower. Wake the kids. Feed the kids. Out the door with them in tow. It worked… but I always felt like I was already behind. Then I started waking up earlier. Coffee. 20 minutes of yoga. Eventually… an hour of creative time. That’s how I wrote my first book. And everything shifted. So here’s the real question… Do you actually need more time in the morning… Or have you just normalized starting your days rushed? 👇 Be honest:

The hard part is my kid sleeps with me and he knows if I leave the bed. Today I’m supposed to go to chiropractor and his dad will take him to therapy so I get a little help this morning

@Sybil Hall Yeah, I'll definitely move him at some point, but since he's only four and has some sensory issues, and you already know how busy I am in my days, I feel like I'm okay with letting him have his snuggle time because I'm trying to enjoy those moments too.
I Almost Missed It
I just walked into the kitchen to grab my granola. Normal moment. Nothing special. But then I paused. And I looked out the window. Snow covered mountains in the distance… just sitting there. And I almost missed it. That’s the thing about savoring. It’s not about slowing your whole life down. It’s about catching the moment before your brain rushes past it. Because it will. Your brain is wired to move on quickly, even from good things. So if you don’t interrupt it…you live in a life that looks beautiful on paper but doesn’t actually feel like it while you’re in it. The science is simple: When you notice and hold a positive moment just a little longer, your brain actually registers it. Noticing. Naming it. Letting it register. That’s savoring. Not a big ritual. Just a small pause. Scientifically proven to calm you. This morning it was: Granola in hand. Mountains in the distance. A quiet… “this is really gorgeous.” 10 seconds. That’s it. And it felt soooo good! 👇 Try this today: Catch one moment you would normally rush past…and stay with it for 10 seconds longer. What did you notice?

Very peaceful
Today’s Recovery
Husband, dog, and I, out on the patio… cheese, chips, and agua. Nothing fancy. Just us, letting the day settle. This is what recovering looks like today. How are you recovering today? 💛

@Sybil Hall I wish I could say that. It's more stressing because my little one hasn't been feeling well, so I'm worried about him.
