We just hit 100,000 orders on PrintShrimp 🎉
Wow - can't believe I am writing this! Two of us started PrintShrimp about 18 months ago with no idea what we were doing, limited savings to live off, and a dream. Some of you may remember the days before we had an order portal - we literally accepted orders only via email for the first 6 months! We made an Instagram post to tell the story of how we got here, take a look :) https://www.instagram.com/p/DV_C73ZDAmH/?img_index=1 Don't let anyone tell you Etsy is too saturated - these 100,000 orders literally came from YOU guys! Feel free to take a look at the post and drop us a follow if you haven't already. THANK YOU to all of you for using PrintShrimp. This has been the best journey ever and we feel like we are just getting started 🙏 Love to you all! ❤️

It's a really impressive achievement. You guys clearly work very hard and discovering Print Shrimp has taken my shop to the next level and to a full time income - keep going and thank you for creating it!
Mixing physical with digital
Hi guys. After a bit of advice please. I’ve been running a digital print shop on Etsy for many years. Selling in 5 ratio sizes for customers to print themselves. I’d like to start offering physical prints too. Do you think it’s a good or bad idea to sell both in the same shop? Or will it just confuse my customers?

@Mihai Volintiriu My workflow is so quick now, it's no bother, and value for money 👍🏻

@Sofia Naji Not necessarily, you could offer both or just posters! Everything about this is trial and error for each individual shop!
Poster Finish
Hello. I ordered a poster in matte, satin and gloss as test posters. I am happy with the paper, print and packaging of the posters. My only concern is that the poster, which is largely white, cream and beige in colour looks perfect on the matte paper but in the gloss and satin it has more of a green hue. This greenish hue makes the image appear quite different to those in the Etsy shop mock ups. I am worried customers might reject the product as it is 'not as advertised' on the satin and gloss. I had thought I would use satin or gloss as it does feel a little more luxurious. Is the green hue something I can correct on my side or is it the reality of printing on different types of paper? Thank you

@Tom Beeston I just stumbled on this thread - the green print dilemma! 🧐
Disconnecting Etsy from Print Shrimp
Does anyone know how to disconnect an Etsy store from Print Shrimp? For some reason after the glitch yesterday, the wrong shop has connected to the wrong Print Shrimp account and I need to swap it back, but can't see a way to disconnect.
