Mixing physical with digital
Hi guys. After a bit of advice please. I’ve been running a digital print shop on Etsy for many years. Selling in 5 ratio sizes for customers to print themselves. I’d like to start offering physical prints too. Do you think it’s a good or bad idea to sell both in the same shop? Or will it just confuse my customers?

Evri delivery service
Hi all - noticing some of my A4 prints are being sent using Evri, but not arriving on time… one is still waiting to be delivered from the 30th! I’ve raised the claim with Evri, but wondering why some prints are even sent with them rather than Royal Mail as Evri are notoriously bad?! Is anyone else having this issue?

@Mihai Volintiriu I wasn't unlucky. Evri are so notoriously bad that the BBC recently made a Panorama episode about them. It's not the fault of the drivers, they are just doing their best to make a living. It's the way the company is run. If drivers don't deliver the parcels, they don't get paid. So they don't check to see if you're in, they rush, things get crushed, left out in bad weather etc.

@Mihai Volintiriu On this occasion, I'm inclined to give more weight to the investigative journalism than anecdotes, but I appreciate that's your personal experience! I've been selling online and shipping items since 2008 so I have long term experience, but thank you! :)
