Today we honor the women who carry worlds within them. The mothers… The grandmothers… The nurturers… The protectors… The women holding families, hearts, homes, dreams, and generations together — often while carrying their own silent battles at the same time. Motherhood is more than a title. It is sacrifice. It is strength. It is patience. It is unconditional love. It is resilience in motion. And to the mothers who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, unseen, or stretched thin…we see you. Thank you for the meals made while tired. The comfort given while hurting. The love offered even when your own cup felt empty. May today remind you that your presence matters deeply. May you receive some of the love and care you so freely give to others. And may you remember that nourishing yourself is part of the path too. To all the mothers and mother figures in our community: We honor you today. Day 5
Whats draining and feeding my energy… well let’s put it this way. I am constantly “on” and rarely fully resting, even at night. I’m a stay-at-home mom homeschooling two girls, cooking nearly every meal from scratch, caring for animals, maintaining an off-grid home, cleaning, grocery shopping, managing appointments and trying to build a supplemental embroidery business on the side. I push through the day without enough intentional rest, hydration, and nourishment. Example will be I’ll eat maybe once a day cause cooking means dishes and less dishes means less work for me, less dishes I have to clean. Something that could strengthen me - starting my mornings better - (eat breakfast, working out, drinking lemon + salt water) I usually lay in bed in the morning cause I try to soak in as much quiet time before the kids awaken cause once they do I don’t get to stop much.

Kendra, this reflection carries a lot of awareness because you’re recognizing that constantly pushing through without proper rest, nourishment, hydration, or recovery eventually catches up to the body and nervous system. And honestly, the amount you’re carrying daily is significant: - homeschooling - cooking from scratch - animals - maintaining an off-grid home - managing a household - trying to build a business on top of all of it That is a tremendous amount of physical and mental output every single day. What stood out to me most is this part:“I try to soak in as much quiet time before the kids awaken…” That tells me your system deeply craves moments where you are not immediately needed by everyone else. That quiet time is probably one of the few moments your mind and body get to exhale. I also think your awareness around nourishment is really important. Sometimes when people are overwhelmed long enough, even feeding themselves properly starts feeling like another responsibility instead of an act of care. The good news is you already identified some beautiful and realistic starting points: - breakfast - hydration - movement - intentional mornings - Those are not small things. Those are foundational things. And honestly, physical alignment is not about becoming perfect overnight. Sometimes it begins with learning that your own energy, nourishment, and well-being deserve care too. Beautiful reflection and strong self-awareness here. 🪶🌬️⚕️💚🦅♾️ Oha! Larry
Day 6 Financial Alignment
Money is not evil, it is amplified responsibility. Reflection: What is my relationship with money? Money is a resource and is abundant. I enjoy holding, stacking and spending this resource. What financial patterns keep repeating? I am an impulse spender so being disciplined with spending needs to be consistently worked on. What would financial Sovereignty look like? Never needing to restrict passions, learning and experience life or worrying about difficult situations due to low network Action Create your first wealth goal; I have pledged to make the minimum investment into Billy Carson Biokey project. It aligns with me deeply so I need to find, create and manifest about $8000 NZD to fulfill my pledge

A lot of people either avoid money conversations completely or become consumed by them emotionally, but you’re beginning to look at it more consciously and honestly. What stood out to me most is that you identified impulse spending without shame or denial. That’s important because awareness is the first step toward building real discipline and long-term stability. I also like your definition of financial sovereignty. Wanting the freedom to pursue passions, growth, learning, and experiences without constantly living under stress or limitation is a very healthy and grounded goal. And honestly, your wealth goal becomes much more powerful because it’s connected to something meaningful to you personally rather than just chasing money for the sake of money. One thing I’d encourage you to remember: Manifestation works best when paired with aligned action, consistency, and structure. Vision opens the door, but disciplined daily choices help carry you there. You’re already building momentum across multiple areas of your life right now. Day 5 Physical Alignment
Your body is the temple that carries your mission Reflection: Am I caring for my body or abusing it? Righy now I am caring for my body, disciplined food consumption and regularly working on strength, breath work and meditation after many years of prioritizing myself my temple last, my choices easy comforts and no discipline What habits drain my energy? While I'm currently in my "big momentum" I still find myself scrolling social media when I'm not focused, consuming content that generally does not serve me. What habit could strengthen my life? Consistently in discipline Action: Commit to one physical upgrade. My major goal is to bring my weight down to 105kg while increasing my strength in accordance to force fit. 5km with 20kg weights in under 44mins, level 10 beep test, 30 push ups 1 set , 20 pull ups 1 set. I am currently 120kg down from 128kg able to do 12 push ups so far in one set ( from 5 earlier in the year l Doing 5km walks in 50 mins ( no weights yet ) Working on progress

A lot of people only focus on the final goal, but what stood out to me most is that you’re actually acknowledging the progress already happening along the way. 128kg down to 120kg.5 push ups to 12.5km walks improving consistently. That’s not small progress, brother. That’s proof that discipline compounds over time. I also respect the honesty around social media and unconscious scrolling still draining your energy sometimes. That level of self-awareness matters because physical alignment is not only about workouts and food — it’s also about protecting your focus, nervous system, and energy from things that slowly pull you out of momentum. And honestly, your goals are strong because they’re specific, measurable, and connected to becoming stronger overall, not just losing weight. The biggest thing I’d encourage you to remember:Momentum is powerful. Protect it. You don’t have to become perfect overnight. You just have to keep stacking consistent choices and refusing to quit on yourself. Strong work, brother. Proud of the progress you’re making. 🔥
