Blueprint
Hi sorry to be a pain, would have loved to have joined the new cohort but as my other half’s been made redundant it’s just not on the cards this time. Hoping I can join the next one. In the meantime I was wondering if we will retain access to the blue print videos after today. I’m currently making lots of notes on the main videos in the challenge and wondering if I need to do the same with the blueprint, I’m hopeful if I do this I’ll have already made some changes and have a bit of a head start when the next cohort begins. I’m so impressed with the holistic approach it’s incredible and I’ve had so many light bulb moments and tears already xx

Awakening - section 1
Sorry if I am being irritating. I have left it until the last minute and really want to go through the process. I won’t be able to join the new cohort as my other half has been made redundant so I want to power through this so that I can get some help and hopefully join a future cohort. So sorry if it seems like I’m spamming xx Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and realized something I've been missing for years: my "productivity problem" isn't actually about productivity. It's a self-abandonment pattern I built as a kid walking the playground alone. Every system failed because none of them were solving the real thing.
Snapshot 3 - I’m powering through
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realised something I've been hiding from myself: it's not that I put everyone else first, it's that my needs don't even make it onto the list. The shower story I shared made it impossible to keep pretending otherwise.
