how do i increase my pull up reps?
i have been stuck at 10 pull ups for about a month now(plateauing) does anyone have any tips or am i doing something wrong and maybe provide me with a training plan to increase my pull up reps

@Aruni Jain chin ups are mainly biceps but help stimulate back growth, and inverted rows are good aswell.
