Free To Start... When to charge?
Are there data points that people have or are sharing when to go paid? Now I know that this is a question like "how long is a piece of string",... but if you are starting from scratch,... how long till you decided to turn on paid?

If you have access to the Skool Games community, Hormozi just covered the same/similar question from another member on Monday’s recording… “Hormozi Q&A 2”… currently pinned at https://www.skool.com/games/hormozi-qa-2-recording?p=7c909eef

@Luke Hammond the entire video is gold, but maybe the two most relevant parts for your question are around his mention of (a) Van Wester (sp?) price index and (b) “Too many people are buying it. Guess what that means? Price goes up. That's how supply and demand works.”… basically you start free (or where ever) and then raise prices once you feel that you can’t service the number of people at that given price point, so you raise prices to slow down # of customers coming in while keeping quality and increasing revenue (or use it to hire staff etc). Hope that makes sense, late-night typing here LOL. His video explains it better!

Good tips
What is the best paid skool community for learning how to build Skool communites?
I AM NOT A BEGINNER. I am currently making over $100k/mo in my consulting company, I want REAL High-Level tactics and techniques. My free Skool already has over 2.7k members. I appreciate everyone who helps! But please don't link beginner stuff! For context: I scaled my AI company to over $50k/week at 16 years old (still 16 now). Now I exclusively partner with agencies to allow them to whitelabel our AI dev services. Because this is so hands-on we can't work with everyone. We then decided to launch a free skool community (the AIGI Unversity) to give free value to newby agencies to allow them to scale to the moon selling AI and become a partner of ours where we would get paid to do fulfillment. But no matter what we do we cant scale past 10-15 partners/mo and we are simply leaving money on the table. I decided we are going to launch a paid community going over much more high level stuff, stuff we would normally only give to partners so we can not only get a better pool of people to partner with but further monetize my audience without selling BS. I'm looking for some next-level tips & advice for this paid community, looking into MaxPremium, and gonna get it tonight but not sure how high level it will be as I already know the basics. May also be open to a growth op but mainly just looking for a really good info product

@Majid Hojjatian I thought that was one of the coolest ChatGPT plus Skool implementations I’ve seen… I’m not an automation guy, but that one looks pretty powerful to provide those custom responses you showed. Do you have a community we could check out?

@Majid Hojjatian cool/smart approach! I’m still building out my YouTube, but will give you a like follow there from MAKE IT Series. I’ll hold off on trying to join your community until you let us know it’s ready!
What I’m learning so far about community building:
1️⃣ Community is needed now more than ever! After the 💉, people are coming out of isolation and are craving close interactions & unfortunately… surface leveled conversations are not enough. People want to connect with like-minded people & have DEEP convos... and having a community is PERFECT for that. 2️⃣ You’re ALL the experts. If you treat your community members like bots… they will respond like bots 🙃 This is something I’m currently working on… recognizing that the people in the community are REAL humans & treating them as such. Lol. Such a simple concept but we can overlook it. 3️⃣ When you have no content to post, post a GIF! Skool.com/gif 🤣 4️⃣ The members in your community should be your FRIENDS and ALLIES. Do you like talking to them? Do they inspire you? What can YOU learn from THEM? 5️⃣ Your people are out there. They just want to be treated like a human being and not feel like they’re talking to a marketing bot 🤖💀🤣 #GUILTY 6️⃣ Community building gets to be FUN because you’re connecting and talking to people you actually want to talk to. LOL. I’m not perfect in any of this but it’s just some things I picked up so far 🙌🏼 Go find your people!! 🙌🏼 NAV 🦋

Remember what it’s all for
Off the back of @Jade Jemma birthday post about mental health I just wanted to share some personal thoughts. I’m a single dad raising two kids, 50% of the time and my kids have just recently hit the cool teenage phase. I’ve been starting and running businesses since long before they were born and as they now hit this new phase and they’re a bit too cool to hang out with Dad. I am very much mourning the loss of having little kids that want to spend every second with me. I really thought I had more time 😩 The point I wanted to make is that life is short, and skool is awesome, but let’s also remember why we’re doing this and to make time for ourselves and for our loved ones because once the time’s gone you can never get it back.

Also single dad w/ 1 awesome kid who just hit 15… ditto on too cool sometimes but I’ve found embracing-my-uncoolness helps (or at least helps me 😂 )
