I'm in Awe
Just got my ADHD Snapshot, and at 70 years old, I finally have language for something I've carried my whole life. The biggest realization: I haven't been trying to fix myself - I've been trying to MEET myself. There's a difference. After decades of "amazing protocols" I couldn't stick with, something about Harmony resonated. For the first time, the path being described is one I've actually walked. I think I belong here. I wish I could let Sage know that Jeff isn't my husband, he's my little brother. Lots more baggage there to unpack. LOL

@Lynn Berry thank you💕
Had a chat with Sage
I let Sage know Jeff was my brother not my husband and we had a wonderful chat about that. I realized after years of work that me putting my light out so Jeff could shine was a blame game. What I learned is that I stopped shining because I didn't know how to shine in my own way. This feels way more honest.

@Tracy Weiss I loved the way Sage could help me dig deeper by the questions she asked me.

@Kathy Kubiak when our nervous systems feel safe we can be ourselves and shine. I’m so interested to learn how my neurodiverse brain works!
Wow! Yes I am crying. Self-awareness at a new level
Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I realized the British period dramas I rewatch on loop aren't an escape from my life - they're stories about quiet, overlooked women who finally get seen. My nervous system has been reaching for recognition I stopped believing I deserved. Thirty years of calling that "wasting time." Turns out it was grief.

I guess procrastination/motivation is my biggest issue. I'm old and just recognizing my ADHD brain. It's been so helpful to see me but it's also a lot.
