lunch one small size chapati eith chiken snack time one apple and one glass milk dinner medium size plate daal chawal i ate water before every meal steps i coudnt complete targeted steps bcz i have pain in my knee 2000/3500 Gratitute i m gratful that i spend whole day without suger em gratefull that i have a beautiful day i am gratefull that i spend my day with family
