Inbound callers are "Guests" but should not be... why?

Thanks for responding, Luis. If I want an Ai to handle both inbound and outbound, how do you suggest I handle the prompting? I did separate them by Inbound and Outbound call instructions.

Now the agent doesn't follow the outbound instructions, rather the inbound instructions, regardless of the call.
Guest Caller Fixes
One of my clients received a guest caller as a contact in GHL, which means that an inbound call was made to the Ai from a different phone number. The contact name was "Guest Caller83931d13e99..." and the Ai picked up the call and said, Hello "Guest Caller83931d....." and proceeded to say the whole number out. Question: How do I fix this?

I'm having to work from my laptop but i'll make it work -- my plans: ## Dev - Voice KBs are pretty much done, I just need to make sure all is well before pushing - I need to upgrade a system or two as we prepare to migrate our front end in the future - New OpenAI, claude and Gemini models to choose from - Orbs / widgets finished from botdisplay.com - Flowbuilder beta upgrade to beta 2.0 ## Ops I've noticed great response with the live chat & private pumble channels since we are able to problem solve live. We need to finish up getting everyone in pumble (I didnt realize how many entperrise users we really had, im very grateful) - finish pumble channels - Beef-up ticketing system - Beef-up live chat support - Get systems in place for priority support and buildouts DFY - Re-do / add to the course section - re-fine documentation -- There's so much. But ready to get back into the action Happy monday y'all, thanks for holding it down so I can get some rest and reset
