I'm trying to identify why my agents are calling people "guests" when they call in - when I clearly put in my instructions not to. What am I doing wrong? I have a short loom. One of my clients received a guest caller as a contact in GHL, which means that an inbound call was made to the Ai from a different phone number. The contact name was "Guest Caller83931d13e99..." and the Ai picked up the call and said, Hello "Guest Caller83931d....." and proceeded to say the whole number out. Question: How do I fix this?
