Looking for feedback on my thumbnail.

Excited to be here! Thanks Alexa for creating this community! I've been watching Alexa since she landed on Youtube last year, and loving the journey, plus very buoyed and inspired by her. @Alexa Saarenoja, your video about 'alignment' the other week blew my mind and got me on this path to refocusing - after being on YT for 8 months now - so I am eternally grateful for that! I'm based in the UK, in my 50s, and I've just heard I'm at risk of layoff from what is my dream career (TV journalist). I got the news while away the other week which was wild. Having hopped jobs and careers a fair bit myself, I'm now working on refocusing my channel to offer advice from my lived experience & survival tools that I developed around productivity for your job search, skills review, and mindset around life after layoff/redundancy, quitting your job, seeking freedom/flexibility in your working life - all that sort of thing. I'm also coming from the angle of being an ICF-trained coach, specialising in job & career transformations, and mental wellbeing for women in midlife. So anyone who feels my content resonates, the more the merrier. I just want to help. I feel like I put way too much thought into thumbnails to the point that it keeps me from shooting my videos. Anyone have any simple ideas on how to create a thumbnail for my videos?
