, your video about 'alignment' the other week blew my mind and got me on this path to refocusing - after being on YT for 8 months now - so I am eternally grateful for that!

I'm based in the UK, in my 50s, and I've just heard I'm at risk of layoff from what is my dream career (TV journalist). I got the news while away the other week which was wild. Having hopped jobs and careers a fair bit myself, I'm now working on refocusing my channel to offer advice from my lived experience & survival tools that I developed around productivity for your job search, skills review, and mindset around life after layoff/redundancy, quitting your job, seeking freedom/flexibility in your working life - all that sort of thing.

I'm also coming from the angle of being an ICF-trained coach, specialising in job & career transformations, and mental wellbeing for women in midlife. So anyone who feels my content resonates, the more the merrier. I just want to help. My channel is called MidlifeWithMarv
