Today I focused on continued practicing awareness regarding my need for self care. I noticed as I was getting anxious my neck was getting tight. This manifestation of anxiety was really uncomfortable. However it indicated a need to take care of myself which I did through the self check in and then breath work. During the practice I also contemplated other ways I can take care of myself to review my self-care tool belt.
