The greatest threat to success isn’t failure but boredom.
Honestly, most of us don’t fall off because it’s too hard, we fall off because it gets boring. The real wins come when you keep showing up even when it feels repetitive, when progress is slow, and when no one’s clapping for you. It’s those small, consistent reps, the stuff no one sees, that actually builds results 💪

Win for today
Just did an almost three mile walk (which is a lot for me, I almost never do cardio) & even though towards the end of the walk I wanted to stop and take a break so bad, I pushed myself to keep going and get it done! 💪🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️
