1. i wasn’t staying consistent in the gym and i wasn’t really aware of what i was putting in my body macros wise 2. joining a community of likeminded people, that can also hold you accountable 3. i try to find the postive in situations where i probably would’ve just looked at the negatives 4. the calls have helped me because when i say what my goals are for the next week, i feel like i need to actually achieve that goal since im prob gonna talk about it the next week 5. i would recommend this group to people who want to change their mindset when it comes to their goals, and want to be held accountable

what are good ways to prioritize my goals? i feel like there’s so many things i need/want to do but when there’s so many, it feels overwhelming! 😪

How to guarantee you never reach your goals: keep saying “I’ll start tomorrow”.🤦🏻‍♀️ -If you need everything to be perfect before you start, don’t be shocked when nothing changes. If your effort has conditions, your success will too. -The people who win aren’t the most prepared, they’re the most consistent. Perfection is just procrastination in disguise.🫢

After the call on Sunday, I had a discussion with my roommates about some of the things we talked about on the call. We ended up realizing we were all looking for more support in certain aspects of our lives and decided to meet every Sunday to discuss our individual goals for the week, and chat about how to support one another. It’s something small, but it’s nice to have shared goals, and I already feel more fulfilled knowing I have 2 other people who are working to become better each week. I wanted to share my win because i’m excited, and it felt good to take a step towards my goals

Ran my daily mile at the gym (I usually go workout and then run somewhere else) but I said on the call that I’d do something uncomfortable this week! Also it was the fastest pace mile I’ve ran and kept a faster pace (hope that makes sense)😂 Let’s hear your Win Of The Day below!!
