Just did an almost three mile walk (which is a lot for me, I almost never do cardio) & even though towards the end of the walk I wanted to stop and take a break so bad, I pushed myself to keep going and get it done! 💪🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️
Last call Brittney talked about doing something challenging every morning, so I committed to doing 10 pushups after waking up (not challenging for all, but definitely for me 😅). I’ve been doing pretty good so far!
