What’s your go to practice for coming back to center?
I'm curious to know what you guys lean on to come back to your truth, and away from the illusions of life. Breathwork, walks, journaling, music... whatever brings you home to yourself… it might help someone else too.

For me I meditate 2-3 times a day, I journal each day and keep a daily diary and gratitude practice. Mostly if I need to ground myself or get away then I walk my 3 border collies in the woods not far from my home. I live a very peaceful, calm grounded life in a beautiful home. What's your go to Justin?
What’s the lesson life is teaching you right now?
Life’s always whispering something. Sharing it helps you anchor the growth. What's life teaching you right now? For me ... it's teaching me that I have the ability to be the commander of my mind, and my world. Even when I don't feel like doing something, I can train the part of my mind that has the hesitation, fear, etc. and do it anyway. Each time I do it (even when I don't want to), i'm making my command center stronger & more efficient... The mind learns to obey and the body follows. It's been a game changer and has made doing anything fun because now it's a competition to train my command center and make it as powerful as possible.

Life is teaching me right now that all the back end work on a new website and the money I'm investing is going to pay off as move from 1:2:1 coaching into online courses and longer term ways of working with me. I'm also working loads with my inner child and allowing her to experience Xmas through my eyes 😊
What’s one win... big or tiny.. you are aiming for this week?
Progress counts even when it’s small. Let the Circle hype you up a little.

My 1 win is to get email funnels sorted for my new website so that they work effectively when people sign up.

@Justin Peters I've created an inner child quiz so they go there and then they join my mailing list as they get an outcome and a possible solution (or can book a call with me) I know email is the way for me as then I own those people rather than social media 😊
THE HARDEST PART OF NEW YEAR’S GOALS… ISN’T THE GOAL.
IT’S WHO YOU HAVE TO BECOME TO HOLD IT. In this post I want to break down how to change the patterns so you can change your life.. The work works... but only if you do. Most people don’t fail because their dream is too big. They fail because their nervous system is still wired for the old version of them…the one who hesitates, doubts, and carries last year’s patterns into a brand-new season. Here’s the wild thing: Neuroscience shows your brain literally rewires around repetition, emotion, and environment. So when you say, “This year will be different,” but your patterns stay the same…your brain pulls you right back into the familiar. So if you want 2025 to actually change you? Here are 5 simple, powerful shifts to start today: 1. CHOOSE AN IDENTITY, NOT A GOAL. Instead of “I want to get fit” ... claim: “I am the kind of person who honors my body.” Identity creates behavior. Not the other way around. 2. MAKE YOUR ENVIRONMENT MATCH YOUR INTENTIONS. Your brain loves defaults.Clean your space. Organize your phone. Remove temptations.Make the right choice the easy choice. 3. SET ONE NON-NEGOTIABLE. JUST ONE. Not ten. One action you commit to daily ... no matter how you feel .Consistency beats motivation every time. Train your brain to remember that when you say you're going to do something, you do it.. no matter what. 4. MASTER YOUR INTERNAL STATE. Regulate your nervous system. Breathwork. Stillness. Visualization. If you can control your state, you can control your life. 5. REMOVE THE “SOMEDAY ENERGY.” “Someday” is the enemy.“This week” changes lives. Ask yourself: “What is one action I’m taking in the next 72 hours to prove I’m serious?” You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your patterns. And this year is asking you to step into the version of you who refuses to repeat the past. Your turn: What’s one identity shift you’re claiming for 2025? Drop yours below .. I want to witness you step into it. 🙏🔥

I love this and totally agree... It's the daily habits that you adapt which over time become your norm. 2025 for me has been by far my biggest year of growth and I know going into 2026 this is the year all the work pays off 😊

@Justin Peters ohh tough question... I'd say honestly I've only just learned to regulate my nervous system in the last few months so more a case of staying balanced in the masculine and feminine energies.
People Pleasing
When I say I use to be an EXPERT people pleaser.. I mean it..I honestly think I might have been the best on the planet. Always sacrificing my own needs to put others first. shrinking myself and agreeing with others so I could fit in and make sure they liked me.. I remember one time someone was talking about a political stance and even though I disagreed with LITERALLY everything he was saying, I was too afraid to stand in my truth so I molded myself to his way of thinking, making him feel as if I had the exact same views as he did... talk about letting others have power of you. Who else used to be a professional people pleaser?.. thinking that being nice, agreeable, helpful, and selfless would earn love, respect, connection Would love to know if you guys have any lessons you’ve learned about breaking free from this pattern? Something that's helped me is realizing that literally NO ONE cares about me or is thinking about me like I think they do.. We're all human with 1,000+ different problems, ideas, goals, quagmires etc... I realized i'm just not that important... this humbled me and brought me so much weight off of my life. people pleasing usually starts early...from being a “parent pleaser” learning that to be safe or loved, you had to be good, avoid conflict, make everyone else comfortable, abandon your own needs so others wouldn’t abandon you but over time… that “good” identity gets heavy because it’s not the real you... it’s who you thought you had to be true healing is choosing authenticity over approval ... being real instead of agreeable... not fixing others to avoid feeling what's uncomfortable inside what if you didn’t need to earn love anymore? what if who you are… is already enough? also... what if I made a guide that went deep into validating the inner child and releasing this pattern?.. Would you want it? If you do, download it below. ... you're enough.. you always have been.. you always will be.. Let's all come back to our truth. also curious about your own people pleasing experiences

I used to be a huge people pleaser as I was my mum's caretaker and looked after her and my brother from the age of 9 when she had manic depressive episodes. My whole life from then up until 2024 was spent always putting others first and never me and I used to live in a victim mentality too with the poor me and blame everyone. It wasn't until I started working with my inner child and my internal family system that I realised that these were all parts of me that I needed to get to know. Since I have worked with different ages, versions of me as I had DID and 14 personalities everything has changed. I learned to listen and unburdened what that version of me needed to tell me and then reparented myself.
