Day 17: Any Time, Any Place 🇨🇵🇫🇮 | December Challenge
Sometimes it’s hard to find the time or the perfect place to move. Move anyway. What matters is keeping the habit and taking time to move wherever you are. It all adds up. Let’s be the kind of people who move our bodies every single day.

I wrenched my knee last week but can wave my arms around. Just can’t stretch or twist that leg!

@Frances Anne Thanks, all. Getting a little better every day.
My Eyes in Texas 🤓
I saw my eye doctor today. Will be switching eye drops soon, but glaucoma is under control and my cornea holding its own. Next appt. in Dec. to see if the new drops help my weaker left eye. No surgery yet!

Day 9: Walking Workout | December Challenge
Today’s session is a simple walking workout to help you build the strength and balance you need for everyday life. These movements support you on evening walks, climbing stairs, carrying groceries, and doing all the things you love with more confidence and ease. Keep moving, keep showing up, and let these small sessions prepare your body for the life you want to live.

@Colleen Hopper My older son traveled 36 hours from Adelaide to Sydney to Vancouver to Minneapolis to Rochester, MN, all on Dec. 2. We gathered for grandson Leo's 1st birthday! Younger son and daughter-in-law are great parents! Safe travels, Colleen! (And all other travelers)
Day 18: Move Now | Break Free from Overthinking
We all get caught up in overthinking — it might be our greatest addiction. Movement is one of the simplest ways to break free. Shift your attention from your mind to your body and let yourself feel different before trying to think different. Even 30 seconds of movement can reset your energy and bring you back to the present moment.

Day 9: Standing Mobility & Cardio | November Challenge
Today’s session takes last night’s seated movements and brings them into a standing flow to build mobility and light cardio. Remember, every movement can be adapted. All of these can be done from a chair if that suits your body best. Enjoy the session, enjoy your day, and keep showing up for yourself.

@Elizabeth MacDuffie Just finished Sons and Soldiers, by Bruce Henderson, about Jewish teens who left Germany for safety in the 30s and 40s, grew up, became citizens, and joined the US military to fight the Nazis, and maybe find their families. They worked as interrogators who knew culture as well as language, or became experts in maps and topography or photo surveillance. Over 1900 young men served this way and I hadn’t read anything about them.
