Gratitude in Movement
As we move, take a moment to appreciate these incredible bodies, the fresh air we breathe, and the simple gift of another day. When we notice the smallest things to be grateful for, we begin to change our perspective from the inside out.
Slower, but Still Strong
After a few quicker sessions, today we slow the pace with a Qigong-inspired movement practice. Link your breath to each movement and bring your full attention to the present moment. You'll be challenged in a different way as we combine movement, breath, and mindfulness into one practice.
Feel Alive in Your Body
Today we’re moving with a little more pace. If it feels good, go for it. If not, slow things down and move at a rhythm that works for you. The goal isn’t intensity—it’s finding movement that leaves you feeling energized, alive, and ready for the day. Get the blood flowing, the heart pumping, and discover the kind of movement that helps you feel your best.
Quick Pace Cardio
Today we pick up the pace. Stick with it, challenge yourself, and slow down or rest whenever you need to. Building cardiovascular endurance helps us move through life with greater energy, strength, and ease. When things get challenging, notice the mind and return to the present moment. One movement at a time.
The Ritual of Movement
The bending, stretching, and building of strength, mobility, and balance are all wonderful benefits of movement. But there is also power in the ritual itself. When we show up each day and bring presence and awareness to our movement, we create space from the noise of the mind and the constant stream of self-defeating thoughts.
