Day 11: Texas Dip | December Challenge

Sometimes it’s hard to find the time or the perfect place to move. Move anyway. What matters is keeping the habit and taking time to move wherever you are. It all adds up. Let’s be the kind of people who move our bodies every single day.
Day 16: Energy | December Challenge
Today is about energy. Light, intentional movement to wake the body, connect to the breath, and feel a little more alive. Move slowly, move gently, and notice how even simple movement can shift how you feel. Show up, move lightly, and let today be easy.
Day 15: Back to Simple | December Challenge
Today is a really simple movement session. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or finding it hard to show up, let this be an easy way back in. There’s no need to push. Just move lightly, move slowly, and reconnect with your breath. If you’ve been here all along, take today as a chance to soften and reset. Gentle movement still counts. It always does.
Day 14: Short & Simple Movement | December Challenge
A short, simple session today to loosen the joints and gently wake up the body. No pressure. Just movement to help you feel a little better and a little more alive. Go have the most remarkable Sunday. Continue to move and show up for yourself in meaningful ways.
