Building Capacity or Building Capabillity?
In my life as a nonprofit specialist the phrase "building capacity" was thrown around constantly as a way to say, "We need money for infrastructure, to grease the wheels of our operations, to ensure we can commit to services for a year to 5 years." When I look at it now, thanks to @Jenni Lynn, I real-eyes maybe we are talking about our capability to perform or act in a certain manner. Not the filling up of the lungs with air to do the work, but the strengthening of body-mind, sinews and fascia, et cetera, to enABLE. For example, Can I really heal this pain in my knee from all this bending? is a question of determination and knowing one's ability. (My message is the knowing is closed off and not present; this is the major barrier to self-healing.) Recall when you were corrected by parents when you asked a "Can I..." question? They said, "Say, 'May I... is the correct way to ask that. Of course you are ABLE to, but do you have permission is the question." (my English teacher mother was hard on me! I heard others echo this as well.) What we're doing as caregiver-leaders Giving.All.The.Time. is about acknowledging we are CAPABLE and have permission. What do you think? (the GIFs cover a range of ways to look at it)

Your words always fill me with food for my soul which i appreciate greatly 🙏🏼 When things feel difficult to manage I always take myself back to the sea, wether that’s in my minds eye or I physically go there it reminds me that it’s a continuous process of powerful shifting and fluidity. Calmer seas are often on the horizon 🌅

For Reiki 1 Course Review
Be seated or Lay down to listen and follow alone. This is really for completion of part 1 of the Reiki/Hand Healing course. I thought it would be good for everyone to try. Reiki (ray-key) means universal/spiritual life force (energy)

May your strong-end be merciful. Reverse the weak!
Ok, I take my five belly breaths before and after eating. I do my leg lifts while seated at my desk, lest my belly turns to jelly. I even deeply inhale my juniper oil regularly, in hopes of building resistance to addiction behaviors! (sugar) What's not to like about the holistic health lifestyle, where every Friday is Fri-YAY and GOOD FRIDAY?

Creativity (Imagination)! Your Best Solution to A Problem (7-step meditative a.r.t.* )
1. Receive/inhale your favorite aroma, allow the good thoughts to percolate. 2. Hold a good thought as you imagine a line from the crown (top) of your head down to the midpoint between your brows. —>See this as a road or path with your favorite blooms, fruit trees, pets, or happy children rooting on either side. —>Trace this road with your fingers, going up and down from crown to 3rd eye, as if stroking the wonder, smiles and loyalty you encounter. (Sprinkle your head and this road with positivity, using one hand or both.) 3.—>Imagine walking along this road. Inhale, hold, and exhale with a sigh. However long you want. 4. Now bring to mind the problem. Let it pass like a bee buzzing or whiff smelled along the road. A picture, memory, or image may appear. 5. Receive this as the problem’s solution, even if it doesn’t seem relevant right now. Give thanks. 6. In about an hour, bring the experience to mind; recollect and focus your thoughts with another inhale of your favorite aroma. See if ”what came to mind” the first time reappears as a more viable solution or a key to it. 7. Read the above more than once, even out loud, to embed and be creative with it. You are enough and have more than enough to work with. —————- *A.R.T. stands for aromas, reiki/hand-healing, and tapping ~ my fave tools for toiling, taxed, over-givers and caregivers.

I real-eyes I may be confusing you
What is Niamo offering? What is she asking us to do? What modality or exercise is most important? I recently reduced the core message to: You are A Work of A.R.T., not a work in progress. The creativity and genius of A.R.T., that is, A.romas, R.eiki/hand-healing, and T.apping, already exists within us. We express artistically all of the time! My work is to help you tap into that system of health-raising architecture ~ energy reception, conveyance and activation. What would YOU like to see happen, as the body-mind conducts its trillions of processes to heal wounds, pains, inflammation, pressures, toxicity? This is the question for those of you who want more energy to be your best energetic self. What kinds of techniques, tools, tweaks or REGULAR POSTINGS would you like to see me focus on?
I real-eyes I may be confusing you
