On Board w/The HealMobile Conductor - What it means
Continuing the ALTITUDE thread—this train (heal-mo’-beel) is going higher, up the spiral mountain of drudgery to boost endorphins, unpack stress and maybe emulate the thrill of rounding the bend like a roller coaster. I find it exciting. I love my daily routine applying sweet essential oils, presencing life force energy, and tapping on my face and torso. After doing this, I feel ready for the world and the beyond! This is what it looks like on the HealMobile wholeness, wellness, and dis-ease prevention voyage. 🚀 My purpose is to ensure you and your loved ones, as Works of A.R.T.* are safe and secure; to inspire actual enjoyment of this galactic ride. I’m being maybe too creative but I’m saving at least one life ~ my own. It's a life of caregiving-leadership that I admit feels depleting, draining, and constantly confronted from time to time. It's a mountain with valleys we're climbing, after all. Two decades ago, to make light of the journey, I felt compelled me to definitively address my dedication to collective healing. Alongside being a healing mobile, I wanted to establish the radical “conduct” of doing something about the body-mind's ability to self-heal. There is so much evidence of self-healing (which is redundant but we’ll not tackle that now.). In Western society, we’re not encouraged to “go there.” And yet, this is key to our freedom generally and health liberation in particular. I'm inspired to promote the holistic health lifestyle formed from childhood to now, which has me proclaiming myself Conductor of transformation transportation ~The HealMobile ~ on the Overground Railroad, in the manner of Harriet Tubman. 🌍 This is the imaginative, intangible world I live in. (“She’s in a dream world,” teachers said on school report cards.) "I dream a world..." So, I hold myself as Conductor of the unseen space of collective transformation of a people locked up mentally spiritually culturally socially, in a word (or in my niche), holy or wholly health-wise. And taking them to/making sure they are going to somewhere else, better.
