Ok, I take my five belly breaths before and after eating.
I do my leg lifts while seated at my desk, lest my belly turns to jelly.
I even deeply inhale my juniper oil regularly, in hopes of building resistance to addiction behaviors! (sugar)
What's not to like about the holistic health lifestyle, where every Friday is Fri-YAY and GOOD FRIDAY?
