A few years ago, I scaled this business to multi-millions per year, Inc. 5000 "fastest growing companies" status, 20+ team members - the whole *shebang*. It was a thrilling, exciting, FUN rollercoaster ride that really pushed me and taught me many lifelong lessons... And? I realized I'm more of a creator-founder-visionary type than a "CEO-manager" type. I like to create, build, and make things - not so much manage, maintain, and do repetitive stuff.
