I simplified my business for THIS 🏖️

A few years ago, I scaled this business to multi-millions per year, Inc. 5000 "fastest growing companies" status, 20+ team members - the whole *shebang*.

It was a thrilling, exciting, FUN rollercoaster ride that really pushed me and taught me many lifelong lessons...

And? I realized I'm more of a creator-founder-visionary type than a "CEO-manager" type.

I like to create, build, and make things - not so much manage, maintain, and do repetitive stuff.

Maybe you can relate?

So a few years ago I made some big shifts and restructured everything (I talk more about all this in the workshop and Q&A replay HERE)

Now, I keep things REALLY simple:

🗓️ Working an average 12 hours/week

💰 $1M+/year - focused on profit rather than revenue

📵 No zoom calls = all async

✌️ Tiny Team of Two

❤️ More freedom, less “scale”

A couple years into this decision and I can tell you - it's been amazing. I definitely made the right choice *for me*.

The cool thing is, there is a huge shift happening behind the scenes with lots of other 7-8-9-figure business owners too.

I'm in all the group chats + private channels and am happy to see many of my peers embracing this shift for themselves - prioritizing FREE TIME and LIFESTYLE over the next revenue milestone.

They hire me when they're ready to re-imagine their business with less zoom calls, less dependence on live launching, and less complexity.

So they can have more free space, fun, and creativity again.
