Monday is the day I open the doors and share the behind the scenes of the CLASSIFIEDS. If you are new here and wondering why I do this, it's because it was requested by some of our very early members, and it has been very interesting to track! Number of Members: 650 Number of Premium Members: 64 (+11) About Page Visitors: 844 (-277) Sign Ups in the last 7 days: 79 (-27) Conversion: 9.36% (-0.10%) Discovery Ranking in Money: #42 (+6) Discovery Ranking Overall: #121 (+13) Highest Activity Day: 1234 on Wednesday (-145) Lowest Activity Day: 726 on Monday (+140) The Context: There are a few interesting numbers here: after several weeks of fast growth, we slowed down a bit this week. However, it wasn't because of a lack of requests. I am literally now declining more requests than I accept, and I feel absolutely okay about this. The vision for this group is that we prioritize quality over quantity. That they posts and interactions are high-quality and that this is a place that feels good and where you want to spend time. And, I think our meet and greet (the PERSONALS) on Friday proved that to be exactly what is happening! 😊 Another interesting number is the number of people who have chosen up upgrade to the Premium tier. This number has stayed consistently at 10% of the total member population since tiers were introduced. We have gone up in both the money category and the general discovery again. This is the highest we've ever been in either category, so let's see if we can maintain it next week. I can definitely feel that it's getting tougher to crack that top 30 barrier! Just a reminder that your comments, likes, and posts as well as your referrals help the entire group. Don't hold back from contributing.
