✨ Day 11 - Swara: The Intelligence of the Breath ✨
The breath is never random. It is rhythmic. Intelligent. Communicative. In yogic science, Swara refers to the natural flow of breath through the nostrils. This subtle rhythm - known in modern terms as nasal cycling - reflects and influences the brain, the nervous system, and the mind. 🌬 Swara & the Nadis The breath moves through three primary energetic channels: 🔵 Ida Nadi - left nostril Right brain hemisphere Rest, receptivity, intuition Parasympathetic regulation 🔴 Pingala Nadi - right nostril Left brain hemisphere Action, focus, logic Sympathetic activation 🟣 Sushumna Nadi - central channel Balance, stillness, integration The pathway for Kundalini Shakti - our dormant creative and evolutionary potential When Ida and Pingala are balanced, Sushumna naturally awakens. 🌀 Why Nadi Shodhana Is So Powerful Nadi Shodhana means purification of the channels. Through alternate nostril breathing, we: • Balance Ida and Pingala • Regulate the autonomic nervous system • Clear energetic blockages • Create the conditions for Sushumna to open As balance deepens, samskara stored in the body and nervous system feel safe to surface and release. This is refinement, not force. 🔥 Breath as Liberation As swara harmonizes: • The nervous system softens • Old patterns dissolve • Awareness stabilizes • Kundalini Shakti expresses as clarity, creativity, presence, and Bliss Each conscious breath is a step toward freedom. 🔹 Your Practice Today - Observe & Apply ✨ Witness your swara at key moments: Upon waking Before practice After practice Before sleep Notice patterns. Notice shifts. 💬 Share what you observe if it feels aligned. 🛠 Practical Support - Reverse Engineer Your State: 🌊 If you feel anxious or dysregulated: Notice if the right nostril is dominant Gently block it Breathe through the left nostril, slow and deep, for 1 minute 🔥 If you feel low or lethargic: Notice if the left nostril is dominant Gently block it Breathe through the right nostril, a little faster and energizing, for about 1 minute

i experienced, my right nostril becoming clearer, does the right nostril govern left hemisphere of the brain as Left governs the right hemisphere?

Sorry I don't have any thoughts, emotions regarding left side. Most is sourced through right through Visual and other pathways. I do get lot energy between the eyes, Mostly physical movement is my main feeling which I have experienced meditation and box breathing.

✨ Day 10 - Identity, Ego & the Path Home ✨
Who are you when the noise softens... when the breath deepens... when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself? Today we expand our reflection on samskara through the lens of identity. 🌀 The Ego & the Pain Body The ego is not the enemy. It is the conditioned self shaped by past experiences. It lives in what is often called the pain body - where samskara influence how we think, react, protect, and perform. When we act from this identity, we often move from: ⚠️ scarcity ⚠️ lack ⚠️ fear And yet, through practice, something beautiful happens. As we breathe, move, sit, and reflect, these patterns surface. When they feel seen, safe, and embraced with compassion, they naturally release. 🌿 The Authentic / Higher Self At the same time, and often quietly, another identity becomes clearer. This is your truth. The self beneath conditioning. The one that knows. ✨ This is where Dharma lives. Dharma means living in alignment with your true nature and purpose - acting in congruence with intuition, wisdom, and right action. When we move from Dharma, we: 🌊 flow with ease 🧭 meet obstacles with discernment 🔥 act from clarity, not reaction 💛 embody Bliss We become present, magnetic, abundant. This is not aspiration. This is potential remembered. 🪞 Reflection & Sharing Invitation 👇 Take a moment to feel into this: When do I feel most connected to my higher self? An activity, a place, a group, or a moment where your soul feels at home and safe to express itself authentically. 💬 Share if it feels aligned. Then make it real: ✍️ Statement of Resolve: "I commit to (soul-inspiring activity) (how often)." Small, sincere commitments change lives. Share your statement in the comments below 🌱 Let’s choose, again and again, to return home to who we truly are. Stay Blissed, Adam 🌬️🍃✨🤍

When you speak from Ego usually, you are hurt, your body & mind can becomes defensive and Pain can exist. Physically or Emotionally.
✨ Day 9 - Liberating the Layers ✨
In our Week 2 check-in, we touched on two powerful yogic concepts: 🌀 Samsāra - the cycle of repetition, habit, and conditioned living 🌱 Samskāra - the subtle impressions left behind by past experiences, thoughts, and actions Samskāras are not “problems” — they are patterns. And they live within each layer of our being. Here’s how they can show up across the Pancha Kosha: 🧘 Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body) Samskāras may appear as chronic tension, pain, or holding patterns - the body remembering what the mind has forgotten. 🌬 Pranamaya Kosha (Energy & Nervous System). They surface as blockages, shallow breathing, or dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system - living in fight, flight, or freeze instead of flow. 🧠 Manomaya Kosha (Mind & Emotions) Here they express as mental loops, emotional reactivity, restlessness, or inner noise that keeps us from peace. 🔮 Vijnanamaya Kosha (Intuition & Discernment) Samskāras cloud our inner knowing - creating doubt, disconnection from intuition, or difficulty trusting ourselves. ✨ Through our practices - movement, breath, meditation, and reflection - we do something profound. We identify these impressions. We embrace them with compassion. And slowly, gently… we release them. As each layer softens, we penetrate the koshas - and touch Anandamaya Kosha: 🌸 the natural state of joy, wholeness, and ease. Every time you sit. Every time you breathe consciously. Every time you move with awareness… You dissolve samskāras. You liberate yourself - a little more. And in that liberation, you return home: To your true self. Your authentic identity. Beyond physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual limitation. This is embodied self-love. So today, meet your practice with: 🙏 Reverence 🔥 Resolve ❤️ Passion The path is working - because you are walking it. ✨ Reflection & Sharing Invitation ✨ As you move through today’s practices, we invite you into a gentle but powerful inquiry: 🌀 Can you identify a samskāra that’s currently showing up in your life?

Acknowledging: 3 Years studying with a Shaolin Monk has taught how to observe, not judge and how to release. Not letting past life experience define who you are.in the present not past or future self. Breath work, flow exercise and meditation help you to arrive.

Thanks Adam, Yes breathing has help a lot with intuition, letting go of past relationships and what they have taught me. Also through breath and exercises I am finding easier to understand how the physical and spiritual body are interconnected and listening to the body. Being able to rest more has been healing. I am enjoying 21 days very much. Thank you.
