🌊 Day 18 - The Well of Bliss Within You ✨
Take a moment to feel into this… Beneath the surface of your being lies an infinite aquifer - a boundless source of energy, peace, and Bliss. This aquifer flows endlessly from Source - God, Māma Universe, the intelligence that gives rise to all life. It has never stopped flowing. It has never run dry. 🌿 So why don’t we always feel it? Because over time… Life happens. Experiences. Conditioning. Perceptions. Emotional residue. Unprocessed moments. Layer by layer, this becomes debris within the system. Not blocking the source itself - but restricting the flow. 🌬️ This is where your practice comes in Every breath. Every movement. Every moment of awareness… Is a gentle clearing. A removal of what no longer serves. You are not creating Bliss - you are uncovering it. 💧 As the debris clears… The aquifer begins to flow more freely. The Well begins to fill. And eventually… It overflows. Back into you. Into your relationships. Into your family, your friends… Into every space you enter. Your practice doesn’t just serve you - it ripples outward into the collective. ✨ As S. N. Goenka reminds us: “One must fight out their own liberation.” This is the work. Not forceful… But consistent. Patient. Devoted. 🌊 Today’s Invitation Take a moment in your practice to visualize this: The aquifer beneath you, infinite and flowing The debris gently clearing with each breath The Well filling… and overflowing And take a moment to acknowledge yourself. Day 19 'A Well of bliss flows within me'
Wow, these 21 days are near the end, it has gone by so fast! On day 18 I used Nadi Shodhana, Kumbhaka, and Straw breath during 5.3 hours on the tattoo table while getting a very special memorial cover piece tattooed, and I found all to be very helpful. Straw breath was incredible, and when I stopped, I could feel the pain's intensity, so I restarted it, and it was so helpful. Nadi Shodhana was also a complete game changer, and I used it when I felt I needed calm. I loved the peaceful feeling of controlling my breath over clenching in pain. So greatful for this experience. This journey of embodying my bliss has led me to get this done after 28 years and i am so blissed about it! Today, my Tee arrived, and I'm looking forward to representing Breathe Ananda and keeping the wheel of Dharma turning 🫴☸️🌱 🙏Grateful for 🌬️Breathe Ananda ⚕️Breath as my medicine ♾️Living in flow ✨
