Day 14
Mōrena fam I am enjoying new breath flows I haven’t done before,especially the breath holds. This is something I have wanted to explore more. And the bees breath has always been a favorite of mine. It really gets me into my body. This weeks flow I could feel little pulses of energy all around my body during the breath holds and even after the flow. It felt beautiful. I am not sure how else to describe it. ✨ I am grateful for this life I am creating for myself I am grateful for the sound of the birds I am grateful for this moment right now Have a fabulous day team 🐝🌻💛
Day 1️⃣4️⃣... Losing momentum?!
It's clear we've all come to that jarring, transition week of the year - the last week of work before the holidays, in the thick of silly season. We're simultaneously yearning for beach days ⛱️, relaxation 😌 and quality time with friends/ family. Yet, at the same time are wrapping the years responsibilities up with one eye on the new year. ‼️It's important here, we take a moment to take stock, look within and search even deeper than we have already. Let's make a commitment... - To surrender completely to this coming week of practice - To be even more disciplined - To show up for ourselves with even more resolve - To make the most of this container Week 3s' Sankalpa: "A Well of Bliss Flows within me" Take a moment to reflect and share what this Sankalpa means to you. Share it as a post along with your reflection from week 2 (include any wins/ challenges). Hey fam Just finished my sesh. I feel super relaxed now after a busy day at work. Breathwork hits a little different in the afternoon. I find I am able to come into stillness easier in the morning. I am grateful for this beautiful weather I am grateful to be alive I am grateful for all the abundance in my life. Have a stunning afternoon peeps ☀️🌻
Week Day 5-6
Afternoon All, Changed my breath work today. Had a sleep in this morning with my darling wife, after my Xmas party last night. I’m grateful for: 1. The beauty in everything 2. The cool wind on a hot day 3. Spending time with the ones we love Have a great weekend everyone and see you all tomorrow morning 🙏🙏
