🌿 What if the life you’re longing for is waiting on the other side of daily devotion? 🌿
Begin your journey of devotion and resolve as soon as this Thursday. Not a challenge of perfection… But a challenge of Presence. Discipline. Awareness. And returning to the practices that reconnect us to Self. The 10-Day Sadhana Challenge within The Well (of Bliss) will be entirely self-led - meaning you get to consciously create a daily practice that meets you where you are right now. Your Sadhana may include: 🤸 Movement 🌬 Breathwork 🧘 Meditation 🙏 Gratitude ✍️ Journaling 📖 Reading & Study 🌳 Time in Nature 💛 Acts of Service Some days may feel expansive and effortless. Others may reveal resistance, distraction, emotion, or discomfort. That is the practice. A Sadhana is not about “doing spirituality perfectly. ”It’s about continuing to return. Again and again. Over these 10 days, we have the opportunity to: 🔥 Build discipline 🌊 Create momentum 🌱 Deepen awareness 🤍 Support one another ✨ Become more intentional with how we live The beautiful part is that we do this together. As a community, we’ll be checking in daily, sharing reflections, insights, challenges, breakthroughs, and supporting one another through the process. So before we begin… 👇 Share in the comments: ✨ What is calling you into this challenge right now? ✨ What area of your life are you hoping to transform, strengthen, heal, or reconnect with? ✨ What intention do you want to carry into these 10 days? Your intention might be: 🌱 More peace 🔥 Greater discipline 💛 Emotional healing 🌊 Nervous system regulation 🧘 Spiritual connection ✨ Clarity & purpose 🤍 Simply learning to slow down and be present again Whatever it is - honour it. This is your invitation to begin. Thursday, we step into practice together. Welcome to the Sadhana. 🌿

🌿 A Calling to Serve - 10-Day Vipassana Retreat at Dhamma Medini 🌿
Breath Fam, From the 13th–24th of May, I’ve been called to serve at a 10-day Vipassana Meditation Retreat at Dhamma Medini. This is something deeply aligned with the heart of what we cultivate within The Well (of Bliss) - the path of inner awareness, purification, discipline, presence, service, and ultimately… liberation. Vipassana, meaning “to see things as they truly are,” is one of India’s most ancient meditation techniques. The practice was rediscovered and taught by over 2,500 years ago as a universal path out of suffering - beyond dogma, religion, or philosophy. The technique was preserved through a lineage of teachers in Myanmar before being shared globally by , whose teachings continue today through Dhamma.org and meditation centres all around the world. A 10-day residential retreat is a deeply immersive experience in self-observation and mental purification. Participants temporarily step away from the distractions and stimulation of everyday life to cultivate awareness through meditation, silence, simplicity, and discipline. The retreats observe Noble Silence - no phones, speaking, reading, writing, music, or external distractions - allowing practitioners to turn inward completely and observe the mind with clarity. Serving at a Vipassana retreat is a practice in itself. While students meditate full-time, servers support the space through selfless service - preparing meals, cleaning, organizing, and helping maintain the container that allows others to journey inward safely and deeply. It becomes a living practice of humility, compassion, equanimity, and contribution. This is a natural extension of our mission within The Well (of Bliss): ✨ To grow. ✨ To contribute. ✨ To contribute and grow. All in service of awakening our highest form of Being - Bliss. During this period, I’ll be completely uncontactable as we observe Sīla — the foundation of ethical conduct within Vipassana. Sīla refers to living in alignment through conscious speech, action, and discipline. As part of this, we refrain from communication and worldly engagement to support the depth and integrity of the practice.

🌿 What is Sādhana… and why does it matter? 🌿
📜Sanskrit Translation & Etymology: Sādhana (साधना) comes from the root “sādh” - to accomplish, to move toward, to bring into reality. Sādhana is not just a practice…It is the path of intentional effort toward a higher state of being. Not something you do once. But something you return to, daily. ✨ What Sādhana Gives You: Over time, Sādhana becomes: 🌬 A way to regulate your nervous system 🧠 A tool to steady the mind 💛 A gateway to emotional balance 🌿 A connection back to your true self It’s not about intensity…It’s about consistency. Small, intentional acts - repeated daily - begin to reshape how you feel, think, and live. ⚠️ Common Misconceptions & Pitfalls: Sādhana is often misunderstood as: • Something that has to be long or complex • Something you must do perfectly • Something you only do when you “feel like it” But the truth is… ❌ It’s not about perfection ❌ It’s not about performance ❌ It’s not about waiting for motivation It’s about showing up anyway. Even when it’s messy. Even when it’s brief. Even when you don’t feel like it. That’s where the transformation happens. 🌱 Where the 21-Day Wellness Challenge Comes In Our 21-Day Wellness Challenge is designed to give you a foundation for Sādhana. A space to: • Explore different practices • Build rhythm and consistency • Experience the benefits for yourself But the real power isn’t in the 21 days…It’s in what happens after. Sādhana is what you carry forward. It's how you stay in contact with yourself amidst the noise of life. 💭 Find Your Reason Why do you practice? For some, it’s clear: More energy. Less stress. Better health. For others, it’s less defined…A quiet pull. A knowing. Wherever you are - sit with it. Let the meaning reveal itself. Because your reason is what will carry you when motivation fades. 🪞 Shared Reflection What do your daily practices bring you? What is your purpose for remaining in contact with them? Take a moment… Repeat this to yourself: 🧠 3 times mentally 🗣 3 times aloud

@Deirdre Oosthuizen "The reason I practice is to move with grace through the challenges and be at peace with the moment as it is". This ☝️ is everything. As you say, those yogic highs are a gateway to inspire us to practice. Yet, as we progress from 'chasing' the gross sensations that once enchanted us, we realise that attachment to these are a trap. To play the game of sensations is to continue the cycle of craving and aversion that produces new samskaras, and propels the wheel of suffering. When the moments of euphoria emerge again, subtle or gross, we receive them with grace and this is how they are maintained and become a new baseline. The shifts are gradual and almost imperceptible in the moment, but when we look back we see the context of how far we've come. What an immense journey and evolution! And this is just the beginning. Beautiful share Dee 🤍
⚡What does it mean to 'Live in Passion'?
We're blessed to be alive. It's a miracle, an infinitesimal possibility that we are able to be alive. Not only are we here - but we are also conscious, awake and connected to the wisdom of our spirit. Led by intuition, we see these blessings and can feel sensations arise and fall. In this morning's session, we felt these truths on the experiential level. 🔸Opened up fascia and energetic channels with somatic movements 🔸Set an intention with our Sankalpa: "To live in Passion, is to live in Bliss" 🔸Activated with Parjanya (Thunderbolt Breath) 🔸Cleansed with Simhagarjanasana (Lions Breath) 🔸Relaxed with Mouna (Breath of Silence) 🔸Bathed ourselves in Passion Now, let's reflect: What came through in this session? What does it mean, look and feel like to live in Passion? Remember we share with openness, in flow - not to impress but to courageously express. Grow, contribute, contribute and grow. Stay Blissed, Adam 🌬️🍃✨🤍

@Deirdre Oosthuizen yes to finding joy in the mundane! 🌄 There are always moments to tap into joy, we just need to be present enough to see them right!? Your reflections on kindness remind me of this Gandhi quote:

@Amanda Louise amazing reflection and reminder about the purpose of our activating techniques. To be in the chaos and intensity of those sensations, gives us capacity to see 'stress' and 'discomfort' as it is. A flow of sensations is all any experience ever is. It's the expectations we project onto sensations that makes them 'good' or 'bad' and leads to suffering. So, its a reminder - to live in passion is a conscious choice. By committing to the dissolution of samskaras we return home To our highest form of being - Bliss. 🌀🫶
