🕰️Great things take time...
✨Yoga doesn’t begin with the time on the mat. It begins with how you live✨
Most people jump straight to 🧘‍♂️ asana 🌬️ pranayama/ breath 🧠 meditation But Patañjali didn’t. He started with the Yamas- the ethical foundations of the yogic path. Because without a stable foundation… higher practices don’t liberate, they amplify. They amplify stress. They amplify ego. They amplify what hasn’t yet been integrated. 🌱 The Yamas are not rules. They are natural laws of harmony. • Ahimsa - are you being kind on all levels? • Satya - are you living your truth or managing it? • Asteya - where is your energy leaking? • Aparigraha - what are you holding onto that’s holding you? • Brahmacharya - what’s draining your life force? Read that again… slowly. 🕊️ Patañjali called the Yamas mahāvratam Great vows. Universal. Timeless. Non-negotiable. Not to restrict you, but to make you trustworthy enough for truth. This Sunday inside The Well (of Bliss) we’re gathering for a live Satsang on the Yamas. Not as theory. But as lived practice. ✨ How to embody them in modern life ✨ How they stabilise your nervous system ✨ How they prepare you for deeper breath, meditation & stillness Which of the Yamas feels like the area where the most growth is available for you in 2026? 👇 COMMENT BELOW share your reflection and join the Satsang this Sunday with us. Come as you are. Leave more aligned. Live yoga—don’t just practice it. 🌿

🌿 Episode 3 is now live - Āsana: Beyond Aesthetics
The recording of Satsang Series - Episode 3 is now available inside The Well (of Bliss). Most people relate to āsana through strength, flexibility, and external form. But yoga was never designed to stop at the muscles. In this Satsang, we explore āsana as it was originally intended -a practice that shapes the subtle body, educates the nervous system, and brings the endocrine system into balance. ✨ How posture influences prāṇa and nāḍīs ✨ Why effort and ease matter more than depth or range ✨ How classical Haṭha Yoga prepares the body for breath and meditation ✨ Why understanding the subtle effects of āsana changes how you practice - and how you live When āsana is approached with awareness, it becomes: • grounding rather than draining • clarifying rather than stimulating • preparatory rather than performative 🎥 Watch the recording with presence. 📝 Take notes. Then return to the reflection and integration questions. 👇 In the comments, you’re invited to share: - Which chakra’s meaning or description resonated most deeply with you - and why? - Where in your life might this centre be asking for more awareness or balance right now? Your sharing helps turn knowledge into lived wisdom - for you and for the sangha. 🌱 Grow and contribute. Contribute and grow. Stay Blissed, Adam 🌬️🍃✨🤍

🌿 Missed the live Satsang for Ep 2?
Episode 2 of the Satsang Series - The Niyamas - is now available to watch. This session explores how yoga actually changes us from the inside out. Not through striving or perfection, but by refining the inner conditions that shape how we perceive reality, relate to discomfort, and live our values. ✨ Learn how the Niyamas: • clarify the mind • stabilise the nervous system • turn everyday life into practice • reveal your latent potential through lived yoga This isn’t theory, it’s an invitation to notice what’s already happening within you - and meet it with awareness. 🎥 Watch the recording, take notes, and then join the conversation. 👇 In the comments, share: 1. Which Niyama stood out for you most - and why 2. One reflection or insight from your notes Your sharing deepens the practice - for you and for the community. Grow and contribute. Contribute and grow. 🌱
