Phone numbers
What is the final and most effective solution for connecting our clients' official business phone numbers to the system? Should this be handled through Twilio and then imported into Assistable? Or should it be managed through GoHighLevel side? Or is the best approach to forward calls from the main business number to the AI number in Assistable? How exactly is this setup supposed to work? Additionally, does anyone have a detailed breakdown of the total and potential hidden costs involved in using the full system? For example, Twilio often includes extra charges for features like call recording or SIP trunking. It’s important to clarify these costs upfront, depending on whether we're using Twilio or another provider. I am bit confused with this, thanks in advance

Today's call | Affiliate & Reseller stuff
we are COOKIN' on uptime and product stability over the spread of the platform. Averaged across the system and with vendors we haven't had a proper fallback for, we have experienced less than 1% downtime YTD. Time to value is up, adoption is growing and the usage is compounding. I'm proud of this community and what we are building - its only getting better everyday. im gonna keep it a buck with yall -- I would like to play a little catch up on tickets and I need to do some work in restructuring the affiliate and reseller programs bc they suck right now and we could do a lot better. So, im cancelling the friday call. We are working on actual schedules for these calls so we can try to provide as much value as possible and keep them on track -- we'll release some notes over that next week. Usually, I'll offer a truce -- but i think the truce this week will be working on those two programs. pushing some product launches and beta-to-production launches out. We also have the finish of the total platform migration scheduled next week and will be introducing model fine-tuning and running on a azure model natively. We also are working on getting yall better quality resources and infrastructure for your calling and chat deployments. A lot of stuff cookin', so glad to scale alongside yall. new billing portal / invoices
i know some users needed invoices and more information on billing so welcome to the new billing portal. Manage your wallet, edit your stripe customer information, update card info, set auto-refill, manage subscription object (still working on you being able to upgrade and down grade automatically), view transactions to the wallet (implicit debits via usage and explicit credits via stripe) as a whole, through search or by type search and view chargeable numbers and knowledge bases, go right to them by clicking them this ux ui / setup allows us to bring back sub-account subscription billing and workspace-to-workspace subscriptino billing. fun stuff. currently workspace is updated, sub-accounts will be updated this week
