I've seen in some endurance communities eating to fill glycogen stores at 10 g carbs per kg bodyweight 1-2 days prior for pre race fueling. I just went with this number, so 1000 grams of carbs spread over two days prior. I ate a couple boxes of spaghetti and white rice. I'll do more liquid carbs and electrolytes as it gets closer to time. Will see how it goes. Should be 8-10 hrs
