๐Ÿ“ž Call Transfer Assist & Agent Setup โ€“ Need Clarification
Hey team! Quick question as Iโ€™m setting up an AI voice agent for a new client. Since we can't ask the client to change their main business number, Iโ€™m assuming weโ€™ll need to use call forwarding to route incoming calls to the AI agent. But hereโ€™s where Iโ€™m stuck:If the caller needs to speak with a human and the agent tries to transfer the call back to the businessโ€™s main number, does that create an infinite loop? Or is there a standard way to break that chain so the call lands with a real person? Would love to hear how you all handle this in your setups. Thanks in advance ๐Ÿ™

Nice man! I see it is powered by Voiceflow. I haven't tried Chatbots using voice flow. How was the building experience for you? And have you tried other chatbot Solutions? I like that your chatbot offers quick Solutions such as booking an appointment right there in the chat. I have a client that I need to build a chatbot for but have been hitting a wall. I am using n8n's "send message" set for embed, and then used the code provided in n8n docs to embed it in a website. It works okay but is not everything I want it to be. I might have to give voice flow a shot.

I'm Mentally Fogged, Lost, and Drowning in AI... Is This Normal
I've been learning AI for 2 months now, and I've got a vision to build Voice and Text-based AI agents for businesses, But every time I try to move forward, I get overwhelmed by the small details-tools like Make.com, Relevance AI, Vapi, and Voiceflow. There's so much to learn, like integrations, JSON, and workflows, and it feels like I'm stuck in a fog. I know what I want to build, but all these little things keep me from making progress. Has anyone been here? How did you break through? I really need some guidance.

@Tanatswa Pfidzayi , absolutely! The sheer amount of tools, platforms, models, and fringe services (think Airtable, Gamma, and Open Router) are enough to put any newcomer to the world of AI into complete Analysis Paralysis. But donโ€™t give up! While the number of these tools and services continues to grow every day, take comfort that there is a strategy to keeping a cool head and becoming an AI Wizard in no time! Here is my formula for success: 1. Find your niche (sounds like youโ€™ve already done that). 2. Choose your automation platform (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) and stick with it. 3. Take it slow. Rome wasnโ€™t built in a day, and neither is AI. 4. You donโ€™t need to learn all languagesโ€”AI can help you with coding. 5. Donโ€™t chase every new AI toolโ€”stay focused and avoid distractions. 6. Build one automation that works, then add more functionality over time. 7. Choose your avatar: Define your client and what you offer. 8. Create a demo that will impress your target client. 9. Sign the deal, seal it, and repeat the process. The more you practice, the easier it gets. You donโ€™t need to know everything to succeed. For example, I build voice agents for salons in my city. The industry is underserved, and AIโ€™s efficiency helps solve language barriers and streamline appointments. At $5k per salon plus $500/month, it's a million-dollar business in the making. The moral: Choose your niche, solve problems, and repeat. Once you stabilize, explore more fun AI possibilities!

@Tanatswa Pfidzayi awesome! Stay focused on Voice Agents with Vapi on make.com and become a Pro at just that. It's tempting to see other new AI things "pass you by", but only focus on the tools that serve your niche and ignore everything else. Here is a link harvester tool I made to help me with Research (the larger the documentation the longer the extraction will take). Plug in any url and it will scrape for other URL's that you can download as a file to then feed to ChatGPT as a 'Knowledge Base'. I've included thee dev docs for both Make and Vapi below. Don't be overwhelmed, remember to let AI do ALL the heavy lifting for you. If you have a Pro Sub to ChatGPT or Perplexity, Create either a project or a Custom GPT to begin feeding documents to its knowledge base. PRO TIP: take the documentation URL for Vapi and Make and plug them into ChatGPT with this prompt: Prompt: I want to become an Expert at creating AI Agents using Vapi and Make. Create a course Program between you and I that will increase my knowledge, skills and confidence in using these Tools. What Core concepts and tools will I need to laser focus on to achieve my goal of becoming the best in my niche? Include the most common tools in make.com that will serve my goals; ex. if webhooks are used frequently, give me a detailed breakdown of what webhooks are and how they serve my goal; do the same for other tools like 'API Requests' and the different types there are. I want to become the BEST in my field, help me make that happen.
