I'm Mentally Fogged, Lost, and Drowning in AI... Is This Normal

I've been learning AI for 2 months now, and I've got a vision to build Voice and Text-based AI agents for businesses, But every time I try to move forward, I get overwhelmed by the small details-tools like Make.com, Relevance AI, Vapi, and Voiceflow. There's so much to learn, like integrations, JSON, and workflows, and it feels like I'm stuck in a fog.

I know what I want to build, but all these little things keep me from making progress.

Has anyone been here? How did you break through? I really need some guidance.
