I skimmed fast through OMDS when I got it in July, but 2 weeks ago I started to rewatch on a daily basis while taking notes. WOW!!! I'm up to "Engineering Pre-Selection." That 18-minute module alone is worth ten times more than the $27. I'm so glad I found this.
Sociopaths
I'm glad to see "The Sociopath Next Door" on the reading list. My first exposure to the idea was "The Psychopath Test" by Jon Ronson, also a good book. The thing that perplexes me the most about sociopaths is the human capacity in others to not believe they are what they are. I have dated several sociopaths and each time I deluded myself into believing that "love" will win her over or some BS. It's powerful. Everyone has to be vigilant about this because it makes no sense. There is a girl from my past EVEN NOW many years later that fires up my heartstrings when I reminisce about her while KNOWING she was a true sociopath. I cannot understand that behavior in my own psyche, but I'm AWARE that it's B.S. and can put it away now. Just stay on the alert. They're out there and they will manipulate you without regret.

Instincts
Our instincts know us better than we know ourselves. Women have a built-in instinct to be attracted to men that other women find attractive. (Pre-selection) Because if other women find him attractive, then he is more likely to be a strong provider and therefore activates her sexually. (This is not rational. This is BIOLOGICAL.) Men have a built-in instinct to be attracted to women with a youthful hip-to-waist ratio that signals the potential for child-bearing. Because if she has such physical attributes, she is more likely to produce strong and healthy offspring. (This is not rational. This is BIOLOGICAL.) Note to men: Even if you never want to procreate, this instinct is the impetus behind your attraction to the female form.
The Most Interesting Man In The World
Believe it or not, I think this may be why I'm here... https://youtu.be/guMrgRKKENI?si=u2jHVYMrgv3pMUYG A few months ago, I was toying with the idea of creating a YouTube/TikTok/Instagram channel inspired by this. It was to have been a comedy-focused thing, but I was hoping to break through some of the attitudes of younger men to show them that it's okay to be an old-fashioned man who attracts women by being masculine. (And maybe to attract some women myself, but that wasn't the primary goal.) Facebook must have noticed what I was doing because it started serving me Michael Sartain ads and out of curiosity more than anything else, I bought the Off-Market Dating System. After watching it, I was blown away. This is the real thing... THE actual course on how to be (or at least be perceived as) The Most Interesting Man In The World.

Hey, I'm currently in Peabody, Massachusetts. Long term goal: Find quality relationships with high-quality women and build strong friendships with high-quality men. Short term goal: Wow the hell out of everyone I know with my Instagram so that they don't recognize me anymore. Mid-term goal: Use the Short term goal above to build an amazing social circle full of positive like-minded individuals who know how to live life and have fun. I'm middle-aged, a veteran of many a "pickup guru" course/bootcamp. I gave up on them years ago after realizing that success at almost anything comes through networking. I never believed that in my youth, but life has proven it to me. I wish this program had been around in the 2000s when I got into all that crap. But here we are and I am committed to living the best life I can live in appreciation of all the gifts I have been given while (hopefully) inspiring others to do the same.
