I really resonated with Crystal. I was told I was shy so many times growing up it became a part of my identity. I relied on it as an adult to not do the hard things, to hold myself back, to not speak up and lose my voice...The last year has really been a personal journey for me in finding my voice and challenging myself. Who would I be if I didn't believe the things that were holding me back? 😮 Revisiting the bad things that you have overcome and have challenged your views. I loved what she said about unraveling and shedding the things that are not true to become the person you want to be. ❤️
@Melitta Campbell The STEAR statements and the Buyers Journey awareness levels are wonderful. Other nuggets from today: I know what I'm supposed to do, so why am I not doing it? People buy a drill because they want a hole in the wall, find out why they want the hole. Action is the antidote to fear. What if fear is just excitement. JEDI time may be my new favorite thing.

He Becci :). I really loved that you gave me permission to just post once a week to get consistent. I feel like it took a huge weight from my shoulders immediately. I do have a question related to consistency, especially with a low post rate. I've heard conflicting information. Do you feel that it is best to choose a consistent day and time to post so audiences know when to expect a post from you. Or to mix it up weekly, showing up at different days and times to find the best time for your audience and to get the best engagement?

@Becci McEvoy I hate social and have struggled for so long being consistent. You have given me the "permission" to hate it, while facing the reality that being consistently present is an important aspect to my business. I am now revisiting how I will be approaching social. 4 posts a month/15 minutes a day. Thank you!

I loved the 3 A's (abandoning really resonated) with Teresa Heath-Wareing, the 5 questions with Melitta Campbell, and Fifi Mason's impact rules! Really great info. I loved the way the material was laid out. And it really helped me reframe the way I overthink niching, messaging and the ability to evolve as time and experience grows.
