📣 Auction Results: $128,000 in 3 hours (so far)...
When running Auctions it can be FAST and furious the lessons come JUST as fast... What's up Ronin peeps! Wrapped up my first Auction yesterday... Technically I ran one prior to this by they didn't get past the pre PRE Auction test. I killed it when I didn't get enough interest. But we started seeding this new auctions Skool pop-up group on Dec 18th. Ran roughly 7 pre-sell posts. Ended up with 550 peeps in the group (and it's still growing). Even with Christmas prior to the auction we did alright. Next time I'd really NOT like there to be a major holiday right before running it lol. We ran the auction for 3 hours yesterday and called it at the 3rd hour. We had 4 bidders battling it out and they all went over $30k. Winning bid was $35,510. We gave the winner a few extra 1on1 calls... Enrolling the other 3 as we speak. When you're dealing with large amounts like this peeps gotta move money around. Credit card limits come into play etc... So right now we've got $5k, $7k, and $10k deposits with the balance on two of them coming in by Friday. One guy needed to split his winning bid of $35,001 into two payments. He got me $10k yesterday and $7500 is coming in Friday. His 2nd payment is due Feb 1st. The last guy we're still working with to get enrolled. Right now I'm tapping bidders. Which leads me to the lessons part of this post. ✅ One thing I'm not thrilled with is we had 115 bidders out of 550. I'm still not 100% sure what that's about? Maybe the holidays, maybe people just didn't get notified enough about the time. Not sure. But I did send the Bidding Post out as an email about 30 seconds prior to bidding through Skool to ensure everyone got notified the auction was going down . ✅ Something else I learned the hard way... When telling people there was a $250 max bid PER BID... ...people STILL got confused and even started commenting during the auction in the comments about the bidding going OVER $250 lol. As if the MAX BID was $250 TOTAL for the Auction Prize.

After the warm response to yesterday's NEGOTIATE UP trick... I whipped up 11 more ways for you to NEGOTIATE UP and have your partners LOVE IT! 👉You will make FAR more money! 👉They won't feel like you are TAKING a % from them. 👉They WILL FEEL like they are getting a FANTASTIC DEAL! 👉People say "YES" and say it FAST when they are getting a great deal! In this lil report I give you TWELVE ways to do all the above and more. I DARE YOU to do it once or twice and not get a deal! Now... Here's my deal for you! I've attached the report to this post. Read it. Only if you love it... Then head to Amazon and buy my latest book: Rooting For Ya! (It's super low-priced.) If you've already purchased, THANK YOU! Rooting For Ya, Travis

Family is a little concerned. I'm buying this book, and I have three others you wrote, and Tony's book already on my table. The word "cult" was whispered at a family gathering this week. 🤣

@Tony Teegarden LOL. Nobody was happy when I offered Kool-Aid instead of red wine at dinner.
Did ya see THAT? 🤯
I auctioned a Zoom training/workshop (low ticket) (It could be just about anything low ticket really.) 250+ bids in the first hour! 115 unique bidders by the end. Post Auction OFFER: $50 to attend the Zoom with 2 Upsells. NINETY FIVE PERCENT conversion rate on $50 so far. Get THIS... Over 50% are taking the $1k upsell. NO T2s. NO T3s. NO fancy copy skills A WHOLE LOT OF FUN! 😎There are fifty-eleven THOUSAND partners who'd love to "sell" a Zoom...they may not even have an offer yet, but they may have a HUGE AUDIENCE they'd love to monetize in a REALLY COOL WAY! ...They normally do Zooms free, right? What if you opened with: (Would you be open to making $5k to $25k for doing a Zoom call?) or... ...sell more of an existing low-ticket product: (Would you add a Zoom call to your [LOW-TICKET program name] for a potential $5k to $25k?) Then let a Ronin: 👉Run the auction 👉Sell and UPSELL the bidders 👉Give 'em HALF because it's a windfall of found money If you were WATCHING... You prolly understand 90% of how to do this. If you participated, you prolly understand 95%! 💥Would you like a Zoom AMA on this for the other 5% to 10%?💥 (If nobody is into it, no worries. I've got enough to keep me busy!) 👇

Ronin Auction Action, who could ever say no?
They NEED YOU! 🫵
I got the nicest voice note from a coach yesterday. He said... [Not verbatim, but almost.] "Last year was one of the toughest years in my life. Everything I did would fail. Then I found out about your Auction stuff. It has worked every single time. I've done $15k to $20k each time I ran an auction." The interesting thing is he runs the auctions on his PERSONAL profile. He LEAVES A TON OF MONEY ON THE TABLE. (He was told 2nd Hand.) I think his Auctions could do $50k with a few tweaks. Also... I told him to run ONE per month. This blew him away. "I felt I could only run one once or twice a year?" Feelings will destroy a fella or lady financially. With creativity you can make them FUN! Now... All of this to say... That right now... This coach is NOT alone. Many. Many. MAAAANNNNNY... Coaches are experiencing the SAME THING right now. "NOTHING WORKING!" But... I'm seeing even "failed" auctions bring in THOUSANDS of dollars. Why? Because THE MARKET DOES 99% THE WORK. Fancy copywriting isn't needed because the MARKET WRITES IT right in the comments. The "value" is out in the open...and the MARKET not mental masturbation sets the price. If the offer doesn't pop off or bids are low, you can ADD to the offer on the FLY. Last week... I asked how many have run an auction? 10 folks responded. Right now... I've got over 800 people in my community about how to make a full-time living with a community! And it's growing by the hour. ...about 350 ish Already HAVE A COMMUNITY! Many of them Skool communities. Which are the best ones for running auctions in my experience. PLUS... Skool is HAWT as fire right now. There are new Skool communities by the thousands starting up every month. VERY FEW have access to the money-making tools Ronin have access to. Let alone the EXPERIENCE to crank out TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars from a good auction and a few thousand from a "poor" one.

Just starting a group with this in mind as one of the income streams when I get a big enough community. This weekend I'm going thru all the courses I picked up on auctions. @Travis Sago did I read somewhere you should have 500+ in the community to make an auction hum? Again, starting the courses this afternoon, so I'm sure I'll get educated.
Practice these phrases, they changed my life...
"I appreciate that. It's not the way I work." There are variations. (These examples assume we've already asked clarity questions like: "What do you mean exactly?" and we are working from the same understanding.) "Please send me a proposal." "I appreciate the request. I don't send proposals. Where does that leave us?" or... "Hey brother, can you lend me some money?" "Hey, sis, I love you and I don't lend money. What's going on?" (Then I can decide if I want to GIVE HER money or not.) or... "I need to get at least 3 references before I can do a deal with you." "I understand. We may have a problem. I don't give out references. Are you saying I can't introduce you to my network plus invest my money, time and energy in "YOU" if "I" don't have references? From my position, it seems I should be asking you for references." or...(here's a more advanced variation.) "I'd like to start the campaign sooner than December 1st." "Hmmm, what is making this such a priority for you?" "I'm having cash flow issues I need to solve now." "I see. Cash flow issues can drive a man to drinking. I'm hamstrung on the December 1st start time. I have a cash windfall campaign you can run between now and then that you could run on your own. The investment is $10k for half a VIP day where I lay it out for you and/or your marketing person. Then on December 1st, we can bring in even more revenue. Would this be an option that would help?" Now, I win no matter what happens. They'll say, "No, I'll wait." - perfect. or "Tell me more." If I do the VIP day, it's like getting paid for the offer call which I normally do on my dime." - perfect. When I started practicing these phrases in situations where I truly didn't want to do the thing they were asking most of them dropped the issue without issue. My time, calendar and energy cleared up dramatically. They also sensed my "Boss Mojo," and they saw and TREATED ME...LIKE AN EQUAL...not an underling. It didn't take me much practice either.

My VIP clients are all starting to understand this kind of language and more importantly, the mindset/positioning around it. This is like a mini-course on communication, sales, and mindset all to help a Ronin avoid therapy from trying too hard , all in one post. LoL
