Can I be your personal assistant?(read first)
Hey Synthesizers, as the title says, right now I’m looking to be someone’s personal assistant—specifically for YouTubers. First what value I can provide to you, then I’ll explain why I’m looking to be one, and finally who I’m looking to work for. I’ll keep this as short and concise as possible to save you as much time. Now, the part that matters most to you, how can I provide value to you? Here’s the things I know how to do: Write or edit scripts to help increase retention. Create thumbnails with photoshop to increase CTR. Create simple edits for YouTube shorts, Help create products to increase revenue, or manage current products. Respond to emails, clients, or potential sponsors, reach out to people you’re interested in(potential clients or maybe someone you want to collaborate with). Basically, stuff that takes time off your calendar that you don’t want to do. All the things I mentioned are things I’ve actually done. I’ve made videos from start to finish. I’ve done over 1000+ cold DM’s from my twitter days. I’ve made over 150 videos(though unfortunately deleted a lot of them because I thought they were cringe ;-;). You can see my current work I do on YouTube.com/@gabevertrees and I’ve made my own products before and have a current one @ https://gabevertrees.myshopify.com/products/12-week-knee-bulletproofing-program and I believe I can take that experience to help make your own products along side you, or help manage what comes with it. So the reason why I’m looking to be a YouTuber’s personal assistant is a few reasons. 1. Because I’m in a season of earning instead of learning. I realize I need to stop the ego right now and learn as much as possible since I am still young(18 years old), and that I don’t know as much as I do about YouTube as I’d like. 2. Honestly as well, money. Now, this isn’t the main reason, but right now I don’t have a job, and I need some way to provide for myself. But always the priority right now is to learn and not earn.

I love the game of YouTube
Almost a year ago, I joined synthesizer school. In this community, I’ve had loads of ups and downs where I just was on and off on YouTube being inconsistent with what I said “my purpose” was. Then around 2 months ago, I made a decision. I realized that I needed to stay extremely consistent on one thing for an extreme amount of time if I was going to win. And I learned that after trying 13-16 different business ideas. From selling print on demand to relationship coaching, to now, YouTube with a offer of a course and personal training. And just as the author of the 12 week year “majority of our problems come from not having consistency.” Or something like that, I didn’t read the book I just heard that from Ali Abdaal. At any rate, when I made the decision 2 months that I would stick to YouTube no matter what, that’s when things started changing for me. The content on YouTube I consumed, how I treat my time, the books I read, what I did to re-charge, all of it, was used to direct towards one thing: YouTube. And I’ve been loving it. Yes I’ve had my ups and downs, I won‘t bullshit anyone. If you’re going to do something for a very long time, you won’t be able to stay sharp 100% of the time. But nonetheless, I still come back to YouTube. And after some thinking I realized why I’ve stuck with YouTube now more than ever than anything I’ve ever done. Ever since I was a child, I’m sure a lot of other kids were like this, but I loved watching YouTube. Sometimes to the point where I was extremely obsessed over it. But there was this one YouTuber I used to watch as a kid called “DanTDM.” I’m sure someone here probably knows him. And I remember watching him and saying to myself “I want to be like this guy. I want to be a YouTuber.” And that thought has always stuck with me. I’ve always wanted to be a YouTuber when I was a kid. That literally means, the more I do YouTube, the more I’m working towards my childhood dream. And most people who end up able to follow their childhood dream, are 1. More happy in the long run. And 2.(imo) much more fulfilled.

@Anthonyi Howell That's a good question
Synthesizing 2 creators for my skool community
I'm a big fan of Paul Chek and Joe Dispenza, I really love their content and listen to their interviews religiously. I like the way they talk about Health, Wellness and the Universe and want to be able to use AI to get transcripts of some of their YouTube videos. My hope is to synthesize their worlds with mine (job Hunting and career coaching) to create something really special for my community. If anything it'll give me plenty of inspiration and guidance on how to address certain topics. What tool would you use to transcribe all those interviews and ideally get the synopsis's, bullet points, etc? I'm guessing it can get quite expensive. Also, anyone a fan of Paul Chek and Joe Dispenza here?

“The Person In The Glass”
Around 40 years ago, as a younger man I remember this poem, it helped me to be true to myself. I hope you enjoyed it too ••• An inspirational poem written by Dale Wimbrow ••• * Please, Note; I have changed the word "Guy" to "Person" to be all inclusive. ***~*** When you get what you want in your struggle for self, And the world makes you King/Queen for a day, Then go to the mirror and look at yourself, And see what that person has to say. For it isn’t your Father, or Mother, or Wife, Who judgement upon you must pass. The person whose verdict counts most in your life Is the person staring back from the glass. He’s/She's the person to please, never mind all the rest, For he’s/she's with you clear up to the end, And you’ve passed your most dangerous, difficult test If the person in the glass is your friend. You may be like Jack Horner and “chisel” a plum, And think you’re a wonderful person, But the person in the glass says you’re only a bum If you can’t look him/her straight in the eye. You can fool the whole world down the pathway of years, And get pats on the back as you pass, But your final reward will be heartaches and tears If you’ve cheated the person in the glass. ***~*** My takeaway was to "Be HONEST with yourself" & "The TRUTH will set you FREE". With Sincere Synthesizing Love. Spike Ref: https://poetryace.com/the-guy-in-the-glass
