A UK-based car rental company, DriveFlex Ltd, has outgrown spreadsheets and is now using Salesforce to manage their vehicle bookings. I choose B Which customer booked which vehicle, for what dates - Create a custom Vehicle object (instead of using Product) and a Rental Booking object (instead of Opportunity). - Link Rental Booking to Vehicle (lookup) and to Contact (customer). - Add Start Date and End Date* fields on Rental Booking to capture the rental period.

The best way to handle this is to implement *Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)* with separate profiles for each department. Solution Steps 1. *Create department-specific user groups*: Fundraising, Support, and Finance. 2. *Assign permissions*: Grant each group access only to relevant data and actions for their department. 3. *Set up an Admin profile*: Give the Admin full oversight and management capabilities, with the ability to adjust permissions easily. 4. *Implement audit logs*: Track changes to ensure accountability and simplify long-term management. Benefits - *Security*: Restricts access to sensitive data. - *Efficiency*: Simplifies management by using groups and roles. - *Scalability*: Easy to add new users or adjust permissions long-term.
